None of this is speaking ill of the CIA spook nor raining on the memory of his children, but to listen to the stories of the man with a big heart.........and know that Meheu was the operation which had a green light from Vice President Richard Nixon to assassinate the Greek Tycon Onassis who would later marry Jackie Kennedy to keep her safe..........all over oil which the Greeks could not have control of but Kissinger would give to the cartels, and know that Bob Maheu was the lead on the assassination of Fidel Castro...............knew the Kennedys would not assist the Bay of Pigs which would have all those Cuban nationals slaughtered and he did nothing to warn them, but sat sulking in his chair........I do not know too many people who would like to have someone like this in your home for Thanksgiving knowing he was a man with a license to kill.
I do not believe for a second that Bob Maheu just happened to go to work for the richest and most powerful man in the world in Howard Hughes in leaving the CIA.
Mr. Hughes was too big and just like Warren Buffett convinced Bill Gates after his buffeting from the Clintons in court to give his wealth away, Howard Hughes needed a minder and Bob Maheu was that control.
