Yes we take our man girl yellow power and and put it into a plutonium chamber to make it radioactive hot like red mercury, and that completes this very interesting humanicide.......which is all things at once in biological, chemical and radioactive......with a few things thrown in between.
At least that is what Dr. Bishop would explain in the basement of the Harvard lab........odd how some of us at Harvard were through the looking glass and some of us were having papers written for them at the Law Review to end up in the White House.
