There is a repository where the souls of humans are, but not in the sense it is a great dormitory of those waiting to come to earth. It is an interaction of family units in part mingled with those who have been here, those who have died and those who will come to earth to fulfill their choice of Life or eternal death.
For some like Michael Savage this will sound incomprehensible in his good people argument, but God is full of Liberty and Love, and He does not force anyone into anything they do not choose.
A soul is the Living Breath of God, but it is not eternal in the Spiritual sense, as Scripture teaches God is able to destroy both body and soul in hell (Gehenna) a fire reserved for the torment of satan, demons and the humans who were grafted in Spiritually to the Family of God in the Holy Ghost sown into them, and then chose like satan to rebel, and Spiritual Iniquity, the damning of the Holy Ghost by rejecting eternal Life when one has it, is then the anti life or eternal death.
This is how God writes all in the Book of Life, and the majority have their names blotted out in rebellion.
Pharoah was put on earth with a hardened heart to show God's Almighty Place. One must comprehend that souls like yours were shown choices in life which they would be born into. The basis being, one can suffer and grow in Spirit or one can have their rewards here and now, in the sparkling enticements which appeal to baby souls as power, money, sex etc.... any idolotry which supplants God that souls lust after.
All people are born with these handicaps or obsticles to overcome in Christ, but the predestinated are the Ones Who have chosen their place in being with Christ, instead of taking their place as Christ in getting what they most desire here.
This might sound odd in how someone would want to become a rapist, but one does not start out as a rapist, but is someone who desires a life without God, gravitates toward darkness of being born into situations not having God, and the hurtful progression projects out, to the pattern where God eventually turns the people over to their own desires and manifestations in how to destroy themselves, as Judas not accepting forgiveness after his betrayal of Christ.
All people have been hurt and Christ has suffered the same afflictions all suffered, but He overcame perfectly. People do not have to be perfect, but rely on being perfected in following God's Laws and trusting in Christ's Grace of Redeeming them from the separation of God back into the Family of God as a child of God.
Some children of evil do not get the great Obama like theft of a nation, but that enticement was the choice of B. Hussein Obama aka Barry Chin. Some simply degrade to the solitary misery as they entomb themselves from the world.
The children of Light though, overcome in Christ, as they choose the misery of life at times, being born into horrid "christian" spouting families who are more devil than good. They are Ministers of Light even though satan uses those families to destroy the person. By Jesus Grace though, the Reality Shines forth and these become some of the greatest of God's Lights in being raised from death and refined in the worst ways to become Spiritual Children Who chose God and His Way, when there was absolutely no reason to be Faithful.
God wills everyone to choose Him of their own free will. Evil though is a choice of this world and God did not create it, but people choose this in the majority because as souls, most will not deny themselves and the enticement of the oddest things which hav absolutely no value, are what dooms them by what really appeals to them.
It is though what makes the minority the Children of Light and the majority the children of darkness, One beginning the Book of Life, and the other ending in the Book of Judgment and eternal damnation with the first rebel in satan.
