It was in the furious days after Daniel Pearl caught being a double agent for Mosaad, that the George H. W. Bush group set upon a "never again" protocol, in any double agents caught giving "the forbidden knowledge" to other governments would never face trial, but be sanctioned.
An operational group was formed whose purpose was to kill American agents passing information of certain kind to foreign agencies.
This is what was behind the Chandra Levy sanction. It was not due to information she found concerning Timothy McVeigh, but it was who she passed this information onto in this above top secret operation, in the Israeli government.
That part must be understood in Levy was sanctioned not for knowing what was taking place with Tim McVeigh and the events of Oklahoma City, being a government operation, but because she passed that information along to the Mosaad.
There have been others sanctioned in like manner by this team in the former CIA Director who was made to look to drown while his supper grew cold he had just prepared to the latest US diplomat in Afghanistan who was also passing information to the Israeli government.
Not all are murdered by this US based team, because Andrew Breitbart was not nor was Aaron Swartz, as these were offshore accounts. Vince Foster was though hit by this team. This team is in the US proper, but it answers to the Berliner boys.
Levy met her end in the park. Where her body was, was where the assassination took place. She met two female Jewish operatives she trusted, was drugged and terminated on spot.
These teams are designed to perform sanctions and then point the lead in another direction to hide from a disinformed public the real measures which took place.
Levy died quickly. Succumbing to the aresol spray within a minute of the sanction. The staged scene required five minutes to construct and the team was out of the area.
There was surprise that it took so long for someone to find the body. There were satellite surveillance checks to ascertain the body was still there and the corpse was. No one though went near the body nor did they attempt to point the investigators to the body's location.
The original spy still incarcerated by the US government with much disdane was the reason behind all of this and why this trophy is left sitting in prison before the Jewish government as a reminder, along with the trail of corpses which continue due to this espionage reality.
Agents and operatives come across information which they are uncomfortable with, and when coaxed by foreign agencies, these agents and operatives start revealing information which is blackmail information. It happens that most of the damaging information arrives on Mosaad's desk, and Mosaad is one of the most surveilled agencies.
That should be enough to explain the reality and put this to rest.
