Last time I checked, they do not haul a corpse into court for a cadaver trial as what are they going to do, kill Barry Chin's cadaver like Birther Hussein killed Sheik bin Laden's corpse?
While this blog can see the appeal of executing a cadaver if one is a Muslim who was gunned down for an acting roll in Pakistan to portray bin Laden, and had no idea it was not break a leg, but double cap between the eyes, as those ghosts surely would like some justice, I do not see a great deal of benefit from trying the Elvis Chin cadaver and then even imprisoning it for life.
