This blog calls for a 21st century United States Governmental action, based upon the founding of America, in wars against enemies of these United States. The action would be termed LETTERS OF MARQUE. These letters were once issued to merchantmen vessels who would stalk the oceans and make war on British commerce in cutting out ships and keeping the booty for their economic favor.
What the Lame Cherry now calls for is a process by the Congress of America to employ a wide array of Letters of Marque from arming private vessels, arming private mercenaries and arming with computers to whatever means necessary the merchant community of America to take the war to the enemies of America.
Consider this, if a nation like Syria suddenly found an Edward Snowden hacking into their financial structure and removing hundreds of millions of dollars in e currency to a safe American bank.
How long do you think a regime like Bashir Assads would last or any Iranian regime, when hundreds of thousands of unemployed Americans were set loose as privateers to make their fortunes?
The same Americans who tamed wilderness lands and routed Indian terrorists would within months so cripple and overrun terror states, to their own prosperity would accomplish what billions in bombs and dead Soldiers only worsen.
These privateers would have full protection of the United States Government, and the same rules against murder or wanton destruction would protect them. These Clippers would ply the globe in every and any way they would see fit for commerce and be rewarded for it.
Place a 10 percent finders fee paid to the American Government and faster than you can say balanced budget, America would be finding all sorts of goodies on their shores.
This would be an economic boom, and an answer to the plundering the cartel does to America. When it is legal for Birther Obama, Fang Jinn and Tim Geithner to loot the American Treasury in trillions which end up in European banks, it certainly with Letters of Marque would be legal to withdraw from the Mandela and Mugabe and Castro hundreds of millions in European banks.
It is a guarantee that Americans so unleashed would bring the enemies of that nation to their knees.
This is completely historical and completely American legal. It is time to unleash the lusts of Americans under Letters of Marque and replunder the world which has been plundering the Citizen.
