HAARP has been behind the weather flipping which has taken place. This HAARP vortex is designed to keep the mid continent frozen so it would not drought out early. The weather had broken as of January and the interior would now be experiencing 60 degree weather instead of 10 below cold, but it was deemed more essential to keep the ignorants on the east coast in snowy bliss than to keep up the propaganda of global warming.
See a revolution would start on the east coast, as that is the power population center. When the snow keeps them wet into summer, then the reality is they will forget about the cold, and as always will not give a damn about what happens in the west in drying out.
It is an interesting study in this in watching the pocket of Colorado turning into dust now as this weather manipulation drives the precipitation to the eastern seaboard.
Al Gore actually told you what they were doing in this climate frauds trying to defend themselves were talking of "heating the upper atmosphere" (from global warming) and then this was flipping cold air down. It is HAARP doing the heating in displacing the cold.
As the weatherlons keep in this jet stream bulge south over the American central plains, that cold air contracts and produces the sucking of more cold air to the interior. The bulge forces storms to run to the South and East.
Upon inquiry, they are not going to stop what they are doing as they see things in the future.

There never was a Polar Vortex and there is not one. No more than El Ninio was some grande weather design. They were all semi natural states which were used to explain the tests of weather modification
For example in ALCEMAM, I am tired of trying to remember that as too much on my mind in neglecting to shut off burners on stoves......but chemtrails, were in wide use in the early testing. They are still in wise use, but now as reflector boards for HAARP.
A chemtrail is simply a grid which the HAARP frequency can be bounced off of to another location over the horizon. It is like banking a shot in pool or the backboard in basketball.
The HAARP vortex is just a push of the natural spin of the Arctic atmosphere slush and bubbles spill out onto the Great Plains from Canada to what is currently the "divide" in the Kansas City, Kansas area.
If you were bright you understand the Lame Cherry effect, and how the cartel is seeing the future and changing events. It is the reason Nostradamus, Edgar Cayce, the Catholic oracles have been neutralized in the latter part of the 20th century. The cartel saw the future and in cause and effect realized they could change the future to a point. That is what the wholesale overthrow of the world is about in America, especially in the lawlessness. There are events out there which they can not change, but only prepare for.
HAARP is giving time so the mob does not disrupt what will take place.
There are Wormwood and like events which can not be stopped. The cartel is moving events for their best scenario.
That is off subject, but it is why HAARP is being utilized and it is why you are being lied to about what it is generating and it is being explained as a polar vortex.
