As perpetual leader of the Continentalist Party, it moves this leader to rise on occassion to deal with national and international problems and provide their solutions.
In reading the biography, memoirs and letters of Sir Randolph Churchill, father of Sir Winston Churchill, it occurred to me in the opposition to cloture, or the closing of debate by a 2/3rds majority against necessary minority obstruction, that the liberal position in America being infuriated over Republican obstructionism, and demanding Parliamentary rule, as in Obama Chin being a dictator (legally), that indeed America does need to become more parliamentarian, but not according to Obamite overthrow, but according to the Lame Cherry Continentalist Party.
What I place before you is very simple. The question which you are required to ask is, "Are you satisfied with how things have gone in this country in the federal government or regime which is more appropriate?"
In the upcoming month, I will post Sir Randolph's simple explanation of Conservatism, so all of you will know what you are or are not. But the basis of it is, the government has one purpose and that is to make life easier for people than to make it more difficult.
Easier in the sense of are you better off with the United States government in security, protection of property, than if you lived in a cave an just governed yourself? The point is, do you think the NSA is protecting you or that police car is protecting you, or is it there to throw you in jail?
Do you think the IRS is there to gain money for services like roads, hospitals, military or do you recoil at all the tax collectors who you think are out to steal what you have and throw you into prison if you make a mistake?
From my personal experience in simply writing a blog of facts, the regime of Washington DC is doing nothing to protect me or prosper me, but is instead a rabid animal trying to get at me constantly by gnawing through my doors.
As the Mark Levin "fix" or more appropriately DELAYING ACTION in selling another copy and paste book to people looking for direction, in how to deal with the overthrow of the United State Government, has had time to fall flat, it is at this point that the Continentalist Party arises again to expose the idiocy of Mark Levin and to provide a simple answer in how to deal with the DC regime.
In Parliamentary nations, you have elections every several years. If the ruling coalition or majority in governing fractures, Parliament is dissolved, and what is said NO CONFIDENCE is accepted by the politicians or people of that nation.
The Founders made it deliberately hard to change the US Constitution, to keep it from being tampered with. One can simply view the outrages as of late in the Obama Chin dictatorship, to witness even without Constitutional Conventions, that the Constitution can be destroyed in the first example in Birther Hussein was not natural born in being an American, and provided no evidence of such except forgeries.
What the Continentalist Party answers with is simple:
Be it known that upon each January 20th, that the Governors of the 50 states will upon review of State legislatures, public forums and petitions, cast a private vote which will be tallied by the Speaker of the House, the minority leader, the President Pro Tem of the Senate and minority leader, before the close of business and report those results to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court who will report immediately to the public if there is or is not a No Confidence vote in the federal government of the United States.
By simple majority of 26 States voting, a No Confidence Vote will rule. On January 21st, all State Legislatures will upon a No Confidence Vote, will ballot in public concerning the three Federal Branches of Government in Executive, Legislative and Judicial.
If No Confidence Votes are affirmed in any or all of the three branches of Government, the Congress will face elections within 30 days.
To equalize the Congressional election, those Representatives of the State Houses will be the opponents of those Representatives in the Federal Houses.
With the Congressional elections tallied and the leadership returned or turned out, from that body a new Exective and Vice Executive will be chosen with immediate resignation of the President, Vice President and Cabinet.
The Judiciary upon a No Confidence Vote will resign immediately, and thereby in margins existing in the House in liberal and conservative, the Supreme Court will be filled with appointments.
The purpose of this is a stalemate in the workings of the federal government. Delay is always the asset of the public in retaining their rights. While it would be possible to bribe 50 Governors, it would not be possible to bribe 50 states.
In this process, this is the 101st person in the Senate, representing the 10th Ammendment of the People, and in Filibuster asserts the reality that no regime is safe from the people in November elections, but that each year the DC regime is on review, with State politicians seeking their own ends, and by that the federal will be forced to pay attention to the states.
Thee entire purpose of the Founders was to construct a Government which did not work. Americans have only been troubled by their Government when it was functioning and passing laws for wars or against the people.
The 10th Ammendment has within it, the No Confidence Vote as all rights are retained by the People and States, not expressly given to the federal government. All the Continentalist Party engages in is expressing these rights into an assembled direction for the people to redress their grievances.
This No Confidence Vote would create designed upheaval, which would settle out, as the federal being filleted would begin to respond to the states rights.
It has been stated the government which governs best is the government which governs least.
