As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.

Theodore Roosevelt noted in his historical work, Winning of the West, the settlement of the Ohio Kentucky wilderness, that if America had poured all her Treasury wealth that the wilderness still would have remained a wilderness, as people being paid to do things are just more welfare fraud in wasted funds.

In that, I was thinking about the Wall on the Mexican border.

I found an article which said it would cost around 50 billion dollars to build.

I then looked up what the budget of the Border Patrol is and it lists at Homoland at 13.5 billion each year.

So I researched it that Mexico has 120 million Mexicans......I do not know if that is 40 million here in America for 160 or just 80 now in Mexico....so let us just do the 120 million.

Now let us visit Theodore Roosevelt in not just giving Americans money to solve things, but giving them lawlessness to exploit everything like in Ohio and Kentucky.

Let us give Americans incentives like bounties on wolves, and put bounties on Mexicans.......and Obama Napolitano bought over 1 billion rounds of 40 Smith & Wesson ammo, so that could be given away along with guns to Americans, and let us put a bounty on Mexicans..........say 50 dollars a head to match the 50 billion dollar fence and the almost 15 billion for the Border Patrol.

At two bullets a piece for Mexicans per bounty, that would still leave 750 million bullets to spare.

Now get this in additional savings. No more Border Patrol at 15 billion per year saved. No more Mexicans sucking off American welfare and taking resources driving up gas and living prices. That is hundreds of billions more.

Now figure in, no more Mexicans, so Mexico is the new Ohio Country to be settled.......just give homesteads to all those American settlers and in 7 years, Mexico is making a trillion dollars for America in these new territories.

No more DEA budget or problems for Latin America is another savings.......this is just a win win..........remember now that the government used to pay for in Massachusetts Bay Colony of 40 pounds per male scalp......so it is American east coast tradition.
Oh for those who think this is harsh, Mexico was paying silver dollars for Apache skulls when they had cross border problems. What was good for the tortilla is now good for the taco.

The Lame Cherry does not advocate building The Wall on the American Mexican border. The Lame Cherry according to historical American traditions, advocates what Americans dealt with their situations in putting a bounty on all Mexicans, handing out ammunition, and then taking the unpopulated Mexico to make it into a prosperous secure, people and states of America.

It is the way to settle the Mexican Problem once and for all, for prosperity and not debt.

Oh one more thing, former CIA Director James Woolsey said the CIA knew that there was something like 6 liters of crude in a dead body rendered out. Lots of fat Mexicans, so that is like a new industry in 120 million dead Mexicans being turned into gasoline. Mexico will increase oil output, at least until the bodies run out.

*Additional Note: Perhaps bounty hunters could place welfare cards on a string while they are concealed in the bushes, and pull it through villages, where the Mexican would chase it like a cat to a string.

After the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, most of the Mexican states revived their scalping bounties again in preparation for more raids (there is little mention of the discontinuation of these bounties- I would speculate though that after the immediate threat was gone they were repealed until the attacks resumed). In 1849, Chihuahua's "Ley Quinto," which would remain on the books until 1886, passed setting a price of $150 for live women and children, $200 for the scalps of warriors, and $250 for live warriors. Most professionals though felt that the extra $50 did not justify the increased risk and so traded in "receipts" only. Durango passed similar laws the same year, and in 1850 Sonora set the price at $150 for warriors and $100 for women and children under fourteen. By mid-1850 Chihuahua and Sonora had included the Seri Indians on their hit lists too. The details of the scalp bounty laws reveal that this wretched business was indeed a business with its own self-policing practices. States, to prevent fraud, defined "scalps" to include one or both ears or the crown (a fresh scalp could be stretched before it was dried and cut into up to a dozen "scalps"). Regulatory committees were also established to examine scalps, but these were often bought off so that the scalps of children were purchased as adults, etc. (As a brief aside, a method of scalping and preserving the receipts was dictated by several of the scalp hunters. In James Kirker's party the duties were relegated to the Shawnees in the group who would cut around the crown and then sit with their feet on the shoulders of the victim and yank the trophy from its place of origin. The scalps were then sprinkled with salt and tied to poles to dry so that they would not deteriorate before they could be sold
