A Prayer for David

As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.

David shared this with me today, and it is important enough to ask for people to say a prayer for him, as he is going in for heart surgery tomorrow in a valve replacement.

I do hope he reads this note as I am aware of valve replacement. My brother in law had a tooth infection that somehow got into his heart valve. He had the choice of mechanical or a swine valve replacement. He chose the mechanical, and has been on blood thinners since then, but that has been almost 20 years now, and he was a young man then, and has not had any problems at all with the valve.
At first, he had ocean music sounds in the background at night to help him go to sleep.

I have time for a short note only. Monday is open heart surgery and it has to do with a bad valve, nothing to do with clogged arteries. They did a very intrusive and painful artery and vein test (angiogram) where they go in through the legs to the heart, pump dye and fluroscopically see if anything is clogged. Thankfully, mine were not. But the valve, it is mechanical and muscle and unfortunately, it can only be repaired operationally, medicines do not cure, only prolong the illness until the heart weakens further and degrades. Back pressure has the blood flowing into my lungs and not out into my body, so it is important to have that corrected, otherwise the lung damage could become permanent. I appreciate your article on natural heart cures, with the cider vinegar and other remedies explained. But for a valve condition, unfortunately, there is no other way around it, medicinally or herbally, unlike with clogged arteries. It will be my first time ever to go into the hospital as I have always relied on natural cures for things as much as possible, allowing the body to do its own work, including for God given cures if He intercedes. But that was always for different circumstances, unlike the current, which is more mechanical than organic. Because of that, I should make another donation again today, just in case I were to not make it through the operation or be in recovery for many weeks or months. I have no idea how long or how short the time will be afterwards, if everything goes well next week. I may even be incoherent or unable to be on computer for a while. Thank you again for your good articles and advice. I appreciate your being able to explain things well along with the inspirational and heart-felt pieces. God bless you all and may you have a peaceful Christmas season, if the next WW hasn't broken out by then that is.

I will be praying for David and it will start with this prayer, which all can read as our united prayer for our Christian brother.

Our Father in Heaven, we place before You, Your child David, and our brother. We ask that you will send your Holy Angels to guide the doctors and nurses hands. That You will bless the medications and anesthesia.
We believe that Jesus is Lord, and that He is our Great Physician, for by His wounds, we are all healed. We ask for a swift recovery, that the discomfort be bound, and that your Holy Spirit will comfort David in being with him, and his knowing Your love and our love for him.
We place David into Your perfect Care, for our trust is in only You.
We thank you for hearing our prayers, and we thank you for David, because he has taught us that we are not alone in adversity and that Your Spirit overcomes all.
We bless You our Father, our Christ, our Holy Spirit and the Holy Angels to perform Your perfect Will in Caring for David in every way, in Jesus Name we humbly pray, Amen and Amen
