The United States Senate has been very busy......not in an image Obama impeachment trial, not in trying to stop Obama crack whore debt spending sprees, not in Obama completing the genocide of America, but instead in passing HR 2262 of the 114th Congress.
For some reason, this Obama Congress took it upon itself to give US conglomerates the "authority" to chop of asteroids. Never mind for a moment, that the United States has no more right to anything in territory than any other nation, but what difference does any of that make really with the American regime nothing but criminals all through it.
The part which I found most interesting is some Obama brain had this written out, and then amended to the bill in explanation:
“A United States citizen engaged in commercial recovery of an asteroid resource or a space resource under this chapter shall be entitled to any asteroid resource or space resource obtained, including to possess, own, transport, use, and sell the asteroid resource or space resource obtained in accordance with applicable law, including the international obligations of the United States.”
So this means that a conglomerate can own anything on an asteroid, based in the laws of the United States and whatever "international obligations" are.
The buzz is that this outlaws making slaves of aliens as SPACE RESOURCE is later defined as:
“In this chapter:“(1) ASTEROID RESOURCE.—The term ‘asteroid resource’ means a space resource found on or within a single asteroid.“(A) IN GENERAL.—The term ‘space resource’ means an abiotic resource in situ in outer space.“(B) INCLUSIONS.—The term ‘space resource’ includes water and minerals.
The problem is in definitions, as ABIOTIC means this:

Abiotic means light, temperature, gases, all part of the atmosphere. BIOTIC means related to living organisms.

So space aliens, have more rights than Mexicans, but all the same they have more rights than Americans too facing genocide, but the Americans and asteroids now have the same right to be destroyed at will.
The The way I see this is that as image Obama and Congress are now making all these foreigners into Americans illegally, that some enterprising leftist like Mark Zuckerberg can blast off to some asteroid, find some life form which show it can vote for Obama, and just like that America could have a billion voter voting block, with driver's licenses.
Hell if these creatures are small as postage stamps, or light clouds like a Star Trek medusa, it could be trillion of them voting for Obama and would take up no more space than Mt. Gehenna or whatever Obama renamed in Alaska.
So there you go Americans, you now have the same rights as asteroids, and space aliens now have been given coyote rides off of asteroids to become Americans, with more rights than you and more rights than Mexican invaders.
