Here is Dep Sheriff Steve Henry's idea of law enforcement in not wanting you to protect yourselves or your communities.
Specifically, Arpaio was looking to the 250,000 Arizonans who carry concealed weapons permits to help keep the peace.
But there are some in law enforcement who are calling this a bad idea.
Steve Henry, chief deputy of the Pinal County Sheriff's Office, said untrained gun owners could add to chaotic situations at big events, increasing the risk to innocent bystanders.
"Sometimes it's not proper to pull the trigger because the collateral damage is not worth it," Henry said. "We don't want to walk into a gun fight between anybody, much less a gun fight where people are untrained."
Arpaio's comments came in the wake of terrorist attacks in Paris, Beirut and Mali.
I did some checking and as of December 2015, the cops have shot 1093 people in America......being trained.
There were 1108 killed in 2014 by the trained police.
In 2013, there were just 768 people killed by trained police.
If you study the shot to hell SUV of Syed Farook, and as much as listening to audio, to the non stop firing of cops with their pistols..........and reports of people calling 911 in hiding under their beds from police bullets striking their homes by trained police......it is sort of the reality that it takes cops 10 minutes to respond to your 911 call.
Obviously in the Syed Farook mass shooting, it was a bit longer, as.......well the terrorists drove off, after blasting around 30 liberals.
So I really do not understand Steve Henry, being trained and all, in how any cop would wander into any gun fight......I can not think of any cop showing up in the George Zimmerman self defense to anything else. The blood is all pooled by the time the cops show up.
I return to the audio in the Syed Farook bullet spray by cops, and there seemed to be about 10 shots every 5 seconds. that is 120 shots a minute......and if this gun battle or whatever it was with cops lasted 10 minutes, that is 1200 shots in the time........2 dead terrorists, 1 dead SUV and 1 live bro........that is like 400 rounds per DOA.
40 SW is 250 bucks per thousand rounds for the cheap stuff, so cost like 100 bucks to kill that SUV.
I would repeat in this, that the terrorists fired 100 rounds in the first action and 100 rounds in the second action. They achieved a hit ratio of 1 in 4 shots being untrained and 1 in 100 rounds in almost bagging a cop. This might be a better ratio, as we do not have reports on what the terrorists bagged in cop cars.
The cops on the other hand, fired 1200 rounds, in a 1 in 400 KIA........being trained.
Personally, I would like to have Sheriff Joe Arpaio negotiate with the terrorists, in replacing Obama, and this is the deal. The Muslim terrorists like shooting people. We get rid of all the cops in America who are trained and wasting ammo, and hire the terrorists, overseen by Sheriff Joe to shoot criminals, liberals and other whatever other ilk.
It would seem to settle all of this and save a great deal of money.

In America, there are numbers of laws for all of these trained peoples, to sell diplomas for huge sums. Problem is with all these trained cops, people are dead and crime is rampant. All these trained terrorists and they still bungle it. Trained doctors and piles of people die. Trained teachers and kids are more stupid than ever. Trained lawyers and they do not seem to be able to not be criminals any more than the politicians who write the laws.
It seems the untrained are doing a great deal better than the trained, especially in the cop department. The cops even blasted this Muslim hottie......she was putting out before marriage apparently and I can see all the way to her Sharia in that animal print.
Such a shame that Obama policy has ruined another animal print. I am willing to leave law enforcement to the vigilante mob, armed and active, as these trained terrorists are smart enough to only attack liberals who are unarmed. There is no real harm in that as Obama is importing more liberals all the time. I think for everyone's safety that Homeland needs to buy a billion donuts and hand them out liberally to cops. Everyone will be much safer in their neighborhoods, and maybe ISIS or al Qaeda will employ animal print hotties in some sort of Miss Jihad.......
Certainly all be more economical as you all seem to have overlooked that the orphan of these terrorists is about 1000 dollars per month.........by the time this is done, that kid is going to be 240,000 dollars richer. With investment, this little terrorist will be a multi millionaire in America.
But this is about those trained cops, keeping us all safe......and not about those trained cops turning the orphans of terrorists into multi millionaires on benefits from the actions of these trained cops.
