LaVoy Finicum

Cane Beds, Arizona

Robert LaVoy Finicum was born on January 27, 1961 in Kanab, UT and was murdered the day before his 55th birthday on January 26, 2016. LaVoy was born to David and Nelda Finicum and had six siblings, Sherre, Guy, Jody, Jill, Misty, and Tadi. LaVoy was married to Dorthea Jeanette Finicum on February 18, 1994 and together they have eleven children, Thara, Belle, Tell, Tawny, Arianna, Brittney, Mitch, Thomas, Challice, Danielle, and Tean. Combined they have 19 grandchildren with three more on the way.

LaVoy went to school in Page Arizona. He served a full time mission in the Dakotas for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints of which he was a faithful member his whole life. He served in many church positions; among them: the Young Men's program, Ward Mission leader, Elders Quorum president, a High Priest leader and a member of the Bishopric. LaVoy worked many years in property management but his passions were helping children and ranching. LaVoy had over 50 foster boys whom he was able to have in his home and mentor over the course of the past 19 years. He loved working on his ranch and teaching his children how to ride horses, brand cows, and most of all, to follow Christ. LaVoy loved God, his family, and his country. He believed that the Constitution of the United States was inspired by God and he was willing to, and did, die while defending our freedoms stated within.

Funeral services will be held Friday, February 5, 2016 at 2:30 PM in the Kanab Utah Kaibab Stake Center, 1435 South McAllister Drive, with a viewing from 11:00-2:00 PM at the Stake Center. Some have been looking for ways to send a memorial, but being a trapper in studying such things, it does not appear to me that the Finicum's are hurting for funds, not with the pick up he had, his family photo from above, nor for his toys.
I mean no disrespect to him in that, as you can not haul in 50 troubled kids, even with money from the government in taking care of them, and not be that hard up.

In stating that, Tom MacFarland, the Finicum's family attorney revealed that several high power attorneys have been sniffing around that case, and it does not make a difference whether it is Oregon, Utah or Arizona in Mormon Country, and any jury after seeing what was done to him, is going to not find enough zeroes at the end of a pay day. This is going to be millions, even after the lawyers get their cut.

So in that, the best memorial for LaVoy Finicum is not to forget him. To agitate this legal and peaceful, to tie this hornet's nest to the tail of the murderers, so they never know when it is going to rise up and sting them. You have the public opinion court, and you keep at it, so the people who ordered the murder of LaVoy Finicum are psychologically not going to want to keep the Special Agent's around for the trouble they will bring.

They might have scared people at first, but the gophers are coming out of their holes again and barking in defiance.  That Civil Case just like this fight over bail in the Criminal Court keeps this festering. The word MURDER is now attached to LaVoy Finicum, to the great consternation of the FBI which tried to smear Mr. Finicum.

He says ideal now the emphasis is on Finicum's grieving family in Arizona, ... New protests erupt in Burns Finicum attorney speaks February 1, 2016;

This is a dirty and nasty business as that is what murder is. Those that did it are not going to appreciate their fiction being exposed by Truth. It is going to happen though, and keep happening, like picking at the scab they are, as the conglomerates behind this have been running genocide on Americans for a generation, and used to burying widows as they live on in luxury. They wanted a guerrilla action by Americans for a final solution, and that is what is being played out. The regime will either win in the American minority being dead or the few Patriots will move the mutton to bring America back from the grave.

So the best memorial for LaVoy Finicum is do not make yourself a target, and keep defining this by your talking and typing as that is the best donation you can make, unless the Finicum family starts asking for money.
