The thought processes of the Democrats who were a part of the murder of LaVoy Finicum in Oregon, is divulged at times in the emails which they seemed to be sending each other. If it was not electronic media, I think this group would have cut down every tree in Oregon to make the paper for all they were nattering at each other about.
The subject of this email was a coordination by Democrat Sheriff's Brian Wolfe of Malheur County on behalf of Sheriff Ward of Harney County. If you read between the lines here, you can figure something out, as the Governor was bitching about the huge expense of 100,000 dollars for all these law enforcement and here you have Wolfe and Ward setting the stage for that theft.
Theft is a word which is one which might be graft or embezzlement, as we know that the Patriots were not going anywhere. A woman's garter across the gate at Malheur could have kept them in captivity, and yet we have this immense force of law enforcement, all getting extended pay, bonuses for danger pay, all appearing in Burns. Put it this way, in what this looks like in law enforcement looked around and said, "I say this is a dandy opportunity to stack up a pile of bonuses and pay for my new boat or my early retirement, as all I have to do is go down to Burns, live in a hotel, eat steak for breakfast and supper, and go home after a month richer than I was."
Perhaps it is impolite to notice such things, that no police were needed as the Patriots were on vacation at the Refuge, being fed by ranchers and supplied sex toys by probable FBI clients mailing such wares to smear them, but then when it is a matter of profit, why should law enforcement in Oregon not get their pieces of the pie like the Bill Gates conglomerates stealing 53 trillion dollars from the Hammond family and the rest of Oregonians.

Heidi,
This is Sheriff Brian Wolfe contacting you at the request of Sheriff Ward (Harney County).
I know that both you and Governor Brown have talked with Sheriff Ward in reference to the current situation here in Harney County.
Eighteen of the Oregon Sheriffs currently have personnel here in
Harney County assisting with the day to day operations.
Each Sheriff is paying for the overtime,travel and hotel cost for our own deputies.
Harney County has been paying for 200 meals a day, and other associated cost for this operation.
The question is if there is any State money that could help Sheriff Ward and Harney county with the cost associated with this operation?
