I have found the perfect Cyril Figgis from the cartoon Archer in Rich Sommer. This guy even sounds like Cyril.....he is perfect.
I am now very pleased in casting this real life movie. He plays Harlan Emple on Elementary in Mo Shellshocker.
Cyril is key in this and it is time Hollywood produces this movie and pays me large sums for finding this incredible character.
