The above photo is from Matt Drudge's Twitter post, in showing some type of contusion to Hillary Clinton's right cheek. I decided to inquire and this is what the matrix replied.
Hamrod awoke around 2 AM having a coughing fit. She was groggy. She made her way to the bathroom for a drink of water and medication.
The problem is, she has these by her bed for such emergencies. As stated she was out of it.
She made it to the bathroom and opened the over the sink cabinet and during the process of what she was doing, she ran her thin old skin into the cabinet door, and cut a 3/4 slice into her cheek, while peeling the skin away from a larger area in having it lifted off her cheek.
The above photo is the "ring man" work in stopping the blood flow, the make up, and the sealing up of the skin, as stitches would be a problem to explain, especially since Hillary Clinton's 2 AM bathroom call had her almost cutting her head off on a bathroom medicine cabinet door.
The puffiness is swelling and the rest is self explanatory.
