The News Headlines blared more Fake News about Russians bombing American backed forces and "almost bombing Americans", but in the exact quotes of the Russian and American Generals.
The first version from General Townsend of America is Syrian and Turkish military advanced on villages held by ISIS, ISIS fled and the SAC or the John McCain "our al Qaeda" rushed in to the village to grab it before the Syrians could retake their own city.
U.S. troops alerted the Russians about which group had been hit, said Army Lt. Gen. Stephen Townsend, the commander of the Operation Inherent Resolve coalition. The Syrian Arab Coalition makes up about 60% of the Syrian Democratic Forces – the United States’ proxy force fighting the Islamic State group in Syria.
“I believe [the Russians and Syrians] thought [those villages] were held by [the Islamic State group], but who was actually on the ground were some of our Syrian Arab Coalition force,” Townsend told reporters at the Pentagon in a briefing from his headquarters in Baghdad. “As the regime and [Turkish forces] advanced on those villages, the [Islamic State group] fighters withdrew and the Syrian Arab Coalition fighters advanced into those villages.”
The second version from the Russian Defense Ministry said that the Russians had not bombed anyone, and that the only call they had received was from the Americans expressing concern that the Russians might hit the SAC fighters in the area.
Russia denied everything and according to RT, neither Russian nor Syrian air forces had bombed positions of Syrian Arab coalition fighters supported by Washington in Syria on Tuesday, Russia's Defense Ministry said, rejecting the accusations of the US commander. The Russian military in Syria had been contacted by their American counterparts, who "expressed concern" that Russian and Syrian aircraft could "carry out an unintended strike" at positions of Washington-backed fighters during an anti-terrorist operation, the Russian ministry said.
And who is in the area? Well the short version appears to be:
Russia and Syria, now now working with the Turks who are doing the ground fighting against ISIS on one side. On the other side it appears Americans are holed up, and are backing John McCain's ISIS in the Kurds and whatever dregs are in Syria, who are not the ISIS Syrian and Kurds who Obama was using to ship oil to Turkey, in which copious amounts of money ended up in America to defeat President Trump.
Townsend urged the Russians, Syrians, Turks and U.S.-backed forces to all focus on fighting the Islamic State group, because it threatens everyone inside Syria and elsewhere. “That’s what we should all keep our efforts focused on and not on fighting the [other] liberators accidentally – one another,”
Yes it appears that NATO ally Turkey is now doing the ground work for Russia and Syria, but the main concern of American planners is that while America muddles around, Turkey is gaining ground, and al Qaeda is filling in the void........consider that al Qaeda to be Turkey's terrorists which John McCain can not control.
An analysis from the Institute for the Study of War said if the Turks moved on Manbij, it would “derail the U.S.-backed campaign against ISIS and create opportunities for al Qaeda to expand further in Syria.”
Complicating matters are the closer ties Ankara has forged with Moscow in recent months, after a frigid period in the wake of the shooting down of a Russian jet in late 2015 by Turkish F-16s. Ilnur Cevik, an advisor to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erodgan, said on Monday that “without Russia’s support, we would not have been able to conduct a successful operation in al-Bab.” He also said that Turkey’s forces are moving toward the Euphrates River, where the SDF is based.

Truth appears to be all of the above in it appears what President Trump has inherited as military policy is the Americans are sitting back as NATO Turkey joins Russia and Syria, who are providing air cover, blowing the hell out of John McCain ISIS, and Turkey looking after it's Muslim interests is establishing a friendly al Qaeda to Russia, Syria and Turkey who hate Kurds......which Turkey really hates as they are a threat inside Turkey.
Into this the Americans have backed in Obama, Clinton and Kerry, a group of worthless dregs, whose apparent venue in this war is to lurk around waiting for Turkey to drive out McCain ISIS, and then rush in as squatters and pretend they are warriors taking territory........until Russia drops some non smart bombs, which policy is to have fliers outside of the carpet bombing to keep the Americans pinned down and McCain ISIS in their butt brothels.
The Russians are quite brilliant in smart bombing with stupid bombing as diplomatic calling cards.
So America is now degraded under Obama and McCain to carrying out better warfare against President Donald Trump than Syrians.........even if they butchered 500,000 Syrians to genocide. American policy is standing around by the phone, waiting for squatter terrorists to try and steal some villages liberated by Turks, from McCain Obama ISIS before al Qaeda moves in.
This really is not foreign policy and President Trump is being ill served again, except when McMasters is protecting Muslims from harsh language and more of these proxy warriors are proving how absolutely a waste of time, money and prestige all of this is.
If this is what President Trump is awaiting for in a Pentagon remedy for ISIS, this is a dereliction of duty and they should face court martial and the question is why in the hell are not these conspirators image Obama, Hillary Clinton, John McCain and Lindsey Graham facing military tribunals.
This is what the United States is now? A nation training rats to rush in and grub crumbs before the Russians send them scurrying.
