Some people are just not capable of living in a free society. They do not have the discipline nor character to be around power nor to hold power as the corruption in them corrupts all they are associated with absolutely.
We know the examples of Franklin Roosevelt who seizing the presidency literally refused to leave in 4 terms, violating all the virtue of George Washington. The perpetual sore of the failure of Jimmy Carter refusing to heal in terminal condition on every Presidency, to the bad rash of Barack Hussein Obama who in coup plotting will not go away, any more than Hillary Clinton cares nothing for America, but only her image, to her protege' in Ivanka Kushner manipulating her father and causing him to betray all the Americans who elected him.
In all of this, the Founders of America designed all three branches of the American Government to not be allowed to be dictatorships or petty fiefdoms. There are 435 members in Congress. The President might have the army and police, but the People are armed with their Sheriff's.
The Supreme Court was to have 7 members and then FDR stacked the deck with 9 Justices in order to carry on the Founders genius of the Republican form of Government in the rights of the minorities protected from the majority in decision, but the majority not being encumbered by the wills of the minorities.
This balance is meant to be the rule of law for all people, but that balance has been violated in the tenure of one current Supreme Court Justice who has transformed himself into a petty dictator. His presence reveals his small nature and the blackness of his heart, in he was never to be entrusted with power as he abuses it. That person is Anthony Kennedy.
This 80 year old dictator holds sway with relish over the Supreme Court. It has been a problem since his appointment in failing Americans, because his main judgments were never the law, but instead was based in what trivials Anthony Kennedy could be adored by in voting to please the CIA liberal Mockingbird press and cocktail parties in Washington DC.
The problem has eclipsed the Supreme Court and the United States as the law has been shredded under Anthony Kennedy and the Court can not be trusted with any issue until he vacates the bench.
Kennedy for personal family prejudice raped the American family in sodomizing marriage, violating the thousands of years of Biblical and Societal Law which produced harmonious societies, in one of Kennedy's last dictatorial mandates from the bench.
This is the black hearted judge of Anthony Kennedy and is his entire legacy, as he preens from the bench holding the liberals hostage as much as the conservatives. Kennedy relies on Brier, Sotomeyer, Kagan and Ginsburg to put on Kennedy chains as Kennedy toys with Roberts, Alito, Thomas, and once the great mind of Anton Scalia until his passing, was subverted by this petty bench occupant, and is now inflicting upon Neil Gorsuch.
That is the dictatorship which Anthony Kennedy has ruled the Supreme Court over for years. He lurks in the shadows, weighs who will betray in Roberts bolting on Obamacare, and then swings back to overthrow the court in sodomizing the bench. This is what America will be held hostage to to 2018 AD in the year of our Lord, where everything Anthony Kennedy produces a dictate on based on feces scented court orders.
Now the reality has been leaked that Kennedy is plotting an even grander scheme, with the RINO GOP leadership to hold the 2018 elections hostage, and it all has to do with the 2018 elections.
Yes Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan have coordinated to coronate Anthony Kennedy as king of the Supreme Court for an entire year, in order to hold all of America hostage, so that these Obama Street Swindlers will keep swindling America on rationed death Obamacare, the same tax treats for the rich, and in betraying America force the American Right to not vote them out of office, because Anthony Kennedy's replacement would have to be voted on by a Republican majority Senate or get another Anthony Kennedy, David Souter or John Roberts to inflict more liberalism on American Virtue.
But it is unlikely that Kennedy will remain on the court for the full four years of the Trump presidency. While he long ago hired his law clerks for the coming term, he has not done so for the following term (beginning Oct. 2018), and has let applicants for those positions know he is considering retirement.
This is not the way, the American Way, which the Founders designed America to be. There was never to be a dictator in Congress, the White House or the Supreme Court, and yet Anthony Kennedy has set himself up as dictator, and the court jesters at Congress are attempting to make fools out of all Americans.
This would put Justice Kennedy’s retirement right before the 2018 midterms, giving the Republican base reasons to turn out and keep the Senate with a Republican majority (already a strong possibility in 2018).
While it will never happen, I would for the next year relish if Stephen Breyer and Anton Scalia's shooting partner, Elena Kagan, would vote on every case as a conservative, just to make the Supreme Court an American Court and rescue it from the dictatorship of Anthony Kennedy, and rip the power from Kennedy and send this putrid rancidity on the Court to exile, depriving him of the one thing he has foisted and forced on every liberal and conservative in America, the Kennedy Brand of personal whims.
Otherwise for the next year and a half America, the Congress, the White House and the Supreme Court are to be held by the petty fiefdom of Anthony Kennedy, a most unAmerican person, who has proven he can not be trusted with power and that is the legacy of Anthony Kennedy, the Justice of absolute injustice in he proved incapable of husbanding the authority entrusted to him by the People, for the People and of the People, in this Government of these United States of America.
