There is the golden thread which is supposed to exist in western law and that is the foundation of all law in every person is innocent until proven guilty with evidence before a trial of their peers. There is in this golden thread a stitch in which when you are accused by the government that your attorney is privileged, in they can not be interfered with by the government.
This point is important in Robert Mueller, in his witch hunt with the coven he has undertaken in fake news, fake dossiers against innocent President Donald Trump and innocent staff associated with Mr. Trump.
We have witnessed Mr. Mueller using the child of Mike Flynn against Mr Flynn and the Gestapo intrusion on Paul Manafort and his wife as they were in bed asleep.
This story on Robert Mueller begins in Boston where Robert Mueller was a US Attorney handling a case in which Harvey Silvergate was the counsel for the defense. One day a stranger appeared in his office telling a story which would clear Mr. Silvergate's client and as the statement was typed up, the stranger said it was all a lie.
Mr. Silvergate threw the guy out of his office, and noted the man was wired. Robert Mueller on the "word of a lowlife" engaged in a sting on Mr. Silvergate to entrap him. Mr. Silvergate had absolutely NO history of subverting the justice system, and yet Mueller in order to gain an edge to notch a win on his belt, went after the defense counsel in a sham sting.
Of course the sting had it's intended effect in disturbing Mr. Silvergate, and in this set up, one notes thee exact same tactics that Robert Mueller and his coven are still using against innocent Americans on fake allegations to get an indictment or conviction.
My secretary typed up the affidavit that the witness was going to sign. Just as he picked up the pen, he looked at me and said something like: “You know, all of this is actually false, but your client is an old friend of mine and I want to help him.” As I threw the putative witness out of my office, I noticed, under the flowing white shirt, a lump on his back – he was obviously wired and recording every word between us.
The connection of Mr. Slivergate with Robert Mueller continued on in another case, where federal agents framed an innocent doctor along with military operatives at Fort Bragg. There was a mountain of evidence supporting the innocence of Dr. Jeffrey MacDonald, and Mr. Silvergate appeared in Washington at Robert Mueller's Justice Department, and Mueller sat down and stated the following:
No one can question the FBI on it's crimes.
No one can bring up framing Dr. MacDonald.
If you are unfamiliar with all of the Bundy cases and other ranchers in Oregon and Nevada, the judges have all denied defendants the same right to defense, as no one gets to point out that the FBI murdered LaVoy Finicum.
Years later, my wariness toward Mueller was bolstered in an even more revelatory way. When he led the criminal division of the U.S. Department of Justice, I arranged in December 1990 to meet with him in Washington. I was then lead defense counsel for Dr. Jeffrey R. MacDonald, who had been convicted in federal court in North Carolina in 1979 of murdering his wife and two young children while stationed at Fort Bragg. Years after the trial, MacDonald (also at Princeton when Mueller and I were there) hired me and my colleagues to represent him and obtain a new trial based on shocking newly discovered evidence that demonstrated MacDonald had been framed in part by the connivance of military investigators and FBI agents. Over the years, MacDonald and his various lawyers and investigators had collected a large trove of such evidence.
The day of the meeting, I walked into the DOJ conference room, where around the table sat a phalanx of FBI agents. My three colleagues joined me. Mueller walked into the room, went to the head of the table, and opened the meeting with this admonition, reconstructed from my vivid and chilling memory: “Gentlemen: Criticism of the Bureau is a non-starter.” (Another lawyer attendee of the meeting remembered Mueller’s words slightly differently: “Prosecutorial misconduct is a non-starter.” Either version makes clear Mueller’s intent – he did not want to hear evidence that either the prosecutors or the FBI agents on the case misbehaved and framed an innocent man.)

The criticism of Robert Mueller is that Mueller from the start removed all of the senior agents in the FBI, rotated in young agents who could be brainwashed into a Mueller cult, and the result is what everyone has been witnessing

Review the absence of justice in FBI raiding Paul Manafort's home in the night. The IRS experts are not involved to review the evidence that is supposed to be there as this is a tax case, yes not a Russian hacking case, and the FBI threatens Mr. Manafort after groping his wife, that Manafort will be indicted.
Do you need to be reminded of Mueller's protege, James Comey, who should be nominated as the Clinton's protector in all their crimes could not be found, as Comey stole government property, lied to Congress in testimony and has been given immunity by Robert Mueller to get at Donald Trump.
Robert Mueller has a definite pattern. He will protect the system when it has engaged in crimes against Americans, and Robert Mueller will engage in any subversion of justice in order to try and entrap anyone, violating all codes of ethics, to make that system crush all that Tomas de Torquemada Mueller has judged a deplorable.
Robert Mueller is straight out of the kangaroo courts of the 3rd world that Americans used to mock, but now Americans are no longer mocking as there is an uneasy fear in wondering if it will be Homeland appearing at their door next, as Jeff Sessions has opened the door to accusations so law enforcement can seize all of your property without a hearing.
Harvey Silvergate's assessment of Robert Mueller is absolutely correct and it rings of the Boston roots in alarm of America is in danger, in this case it is not The British are coming, but instead, The Mueller is Here..............
