A Few Little Stephen Paddock Words

As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.

Narratives are interesting concoctions. Take for example the Wall Street Journal which was CIA #NeverTrumper and ABC which was acquired by CIA Director Bill Casey in their coverage of Stephen Paddock.
In reading this Wall Street Journal Report, consider that the narrative in this is ABC's in Paddock removed a hard drive before he committed suicide.

Paddock is believed to have removed the hard drive before fatally shooting himself, and the missing device has not yet been recovered, sources told ABC News.

Yes, with SWAT closing in, his spraying hundreds of rounds of ammunition, his last thought is, "Hey I better get a screwdriver and remove a hard drive".
( No screwdriver was discovered either.)

Wall Street Journal.

Investigators also discovered that a laptop belonging to Stephen Paddock is missing its hard drive, the official said, complicating efforts to uncover the shooter’s motive. The hard drive hasn’t been located, the official said.
The internet query and the missing hard drive underscore Paddock’s meticulous preparation for the Oct. 1 attack, which killed 58 people and injured nearly 500 others at a country music festival on the Las Vegas Strip.
Nearly a month after the shooting, no manifesto, Facebook post or anything else that would illuminate Paddock’s motive has emerged, officials have said.
It is unclear what information Paddock may have found from the internet search into breach techniques. The law-enforcement official said Paddock searched for information about how Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department SWAT teams force their way into a rooms or buildings.

Then what might be the story:

Investigators also discovered that a laptop belonging to Stephen Paddock is missing its hard drive which was removed by an accomplice, the official said, complicating efforts to uncover the shooter’s motive. The hard drive hasn’t been located, as it walked out of the room with the woman who took it, after staging the scene, the official said.
The internet query and the missing hard drive underscore Paddock’s meticulous preparation for the Oct. 1 attack, or it highlights how his accomplices meticulously set him up, leaving a false narrative of a lone wolf,  which killed 58 people and injured nearly 500 others at a country music festival on the Las Vegas Strip.
Nearly a month after the shooting, no manifesto, Facebook post or anything else that would illuminate Paddock’s motive has emerged, officials have said, due to a mounting direction of evidence that Paddock had been engaged with authorities in a sting operation, against those who carried out the attack, as every witness at the country music event, all stated there were multiple shooters.
It is unclear what information Paddock may have found from the internet search into breach techniques or as relevant in someone utilized Paddock internet device to lead the trail to Paddock as the lone actor. The law-enforcement official said Paddock searched for information about how Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department SWAT teams force their way into a rooms or buildings or again someone did, as there is not any evidence it was Stephen Paddock.

Where are the original crime scene photos and list of everything which was bagged and tagged in Stephen Paddock's room? We heard drilling, as there a drill found? We now are told that Stephen Paddock removed a hard drive from a lap top, which is not something easily accomplished, as it requires a small Philips screwdriver and often removing the bracket which holds the hard drive in place. In most instances, this is a ten minute job, and it is not like Stephen Paddock had a great deal of time on this hands.

But we are told that Paddock like other mass murderers removed their computer devices too and could not be found to give this narrative credibility. The problem is Paddock did not leave the room. Did not eat it. Did not flush it down the toilet. That room has been gone through with a fine tooth comb. The hard drive was not thrown out the windows or it would have been discovered.

Someone walked that hard drive out of the room before police arrived.

He is not the first mass shooter to destroy or hide digital clues.
In 2007, Virginia Tech shooter Cho Seung Hui removed the hard drive of his computer and disposed of his cell phone shortly before the massacre. Authorities even searched a pond for the missing digital media, but the devices were never recovered.
The 2008 Northern Illinois shooter, Steven Kazmierczak, removed the SIM card from his phone and the hard drive from his laptop, and neither was recovered.
In 2012, Sandy Hook shooter Adam Lanza had removed the hard drive from his computer and smashed it with a hammer or screwdriver.

Could it be that like Paddock, these other shooters had accomplices who instructed them to hide things or were the ones who actually took the devices so police would not discover the reality of these 'lone wolves".
