There is a big thank you to Larry Klayman of Judicial Watch, who kept the lynching of the Bundy Patriots before DC in his constant needling of Attorney General Jeff Sessions, to expose Sessions for the absolute fraud Sessions is of the deep state, because when Klayman turned over evidence, Sessions turned it over to the very corrupt US Attorneys who have now been castigated by the Federal Courts in Nevada.
With that stated MOST of the Bundy Patriots are free now, and with the finding that PREJUDICE was cited these Americans can not be tried on these same charges. Do not though for a minute think the federal police state owned by the international conglomerates who are still protecting the Obama Clinton Criminals in this centered around Uranium One, are going to leave the Bundy's alone, and who do not have a "list" of all of those named below, who ARE NOT FEDERAL MOLES, who will be targeted by other agencies, show up on law enforcement flag lists to be on the look out for, and to make the point, if it takes another 5 years, those behind this lynching will crush these Americans and their followers.
U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro ruled Monday the case against Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy would be dismissed “with prejudice,” and ordered the rancher set free after federal prosecutors willfully withheld exculpatory evidence during the 2017 trial.
That is how this all began in the question of how would you like to have been sitting in prison, looking at a life sentence, because the government stole your pets and while on your lawn, you told them they could not do that?
Two years these people have sat in prison, without bail, and that includes the time in Oregon and the original stand off on their ranch in Nevada.
TWO YEARS of these American's lives are gone.
A judge ordered the release of the 71-year-old rancher in November after he had spent 20 months in prison.
Do you think Jeff Sessions will file charges against his Attorneys for criminal misconduct, abuse of power, violating these White American's Civil Rights? Not a chance.
The reality is nothing has been done in the murder of LaVoy Finicum, in those involved in the cover up, the crime and the instigating of murdering Finicum and the shooting of another innocent American, have not had one thing done to them by Jeff Sessions.
In fact, Gregory Bretzing had a cushy job created for him in industry. Everyone has been rewarded and no one has answered for one crime.
Navarro severely criticized prosecutors for failing to properly turn over evidence to their lawyers.
The collapse of the case is a stunning failure for the U.S. attorney's office in Nevada, where 19 co-defendants were indicted in early 2016 on charges including conspiracy, obstruction and threats and assault of federal agents in the April 2014 standoff outside Bunkerville.
While everyone is considering the Bundy's release, there is the reality that others have are sitting in jail in plea bargains, and those sentences are LIFE SENTENCES as they are so long.
What about the Hammonds in Oregon who were framed and lynched by the US Fish and Wildlife Service to steal their ranch? They have been in prison this entire time and their property has been extorted from them in legal costs. The Bundy's were free from one misjustice, but there are other Americans who have been abused and their lives destroyed by all of this.
And so you comprehend this, as each court costs different amounts to operate, on an average, it costs 5000 dollars per day to run a Federal Superior Court.
Do you realize from Oregon to Nevada, with the BLM rustling cattle, the calling out of federal law enforcement, just how many millions of dollars have been wasted in this, and no one is making an issue of this, in why those involved in these prosecutions should have their wages, assets and retirement garnished so the American People can recoup the losses.

How much does a felony criminal court trial cost? ... the cost of running a Superior court room has been averaged out to be $5,000 per day.https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=200803122
In all of the federal costs, how much money has it cost the Bundy's and these other Citizens, as most of these men were the breadwinners of their wives and children. Again, the Hammond's lost their ranch, so when is this going to be addressed as the Americans have been maliciously harmed in and out the court system.
The first trial began in February and ended in a mistrial after jurors deadlocked on almost all counts. The first six defendants were considered by prosecutors as the least culpable in the standoff. They were all militia members who traveled to the ranch from Arizona, Oklahoma and Idaho:
- Burleson,
- Drexler,
- Engel,
- Lovelien,
- Parker and
- Stewart.
Jurors told lawyers after court that they never came close to convicting the remaining four defendants, voting 10-2 in favor of acquitting two and splitting on the others. Moreover, jurors did not find any of the six defendants guilty on the two main conspiracy charges that made up the core of the government's case.Burleson and Engel were convicted on weapons charges.
This is the part which no one is addressing as there is THIRD TRIAL already on the docket in Nevada, and this includes more of the Bundy children. There were people who were bullied into plea deals who are in prison, and there are people who are still having court costs, trial fees and being monitored on criminal data bases.
This is important, because any highway patrol running tags on a vehicle owned by these people or their families, will come up flagged and they will be pulled over, and when pulled over, any of these people will be approached with hand on the gun holster, in a further police endangerment of these Americans who have already had FBI snipers pointing guns at these people.
The third trial involves those accused of playing supporting roles in the standoff, including two more of Cliven Bundy's sons:
- David Bundy,
- Melvin Bundy,
- Cavalier,
- McGuire,
- O'Shaughnessy and
- Woods.
McGuire pleaded guilty in November to a single conspiracy charge. He faces up to six years in prison and is scheduled to be sentenced in February.Even if prosecutors are barred from retrying the Bundys and Payne, they could still go forward with charges against the remaining defendants. The judge, however, could dismiss charges against all defendnts based on her findings of misconduct in the Bundy trial. If the case against the Bundys is thrown out, could previous convictions be overturned?
Possibly. Lawyers involved in the cases say it is unlikely that any defendant who accepted a plea deal has grounds for an appeal. But they say defendants who were convicted at trial could have their convictions overturned if the government withheld exculpatory evidence. They would likely have to file appeals. After Navarro called for a mistrial on Dec. 20, Ryan Bundy specifically asked the judge what would happen to Burleson and Engel. Navarro indicated their convictions were separate issues.
There is nothing to celebrate in any of this, because NONE OF THIS SHOULD HAVE EVER HAPPENED IN AN AMERICAN REPUBLICAN FORM OF GOVERNMENT, including the trolls still posting hate comments about the Bundys.
Why is it before and after the Oregon Stand Off, in all of the federal moles unleashed raging against the Bundy's and their defenders, in calling for them all to be murdered, that Jeff Sessions as Attorney General has not opened one investigation into those criminal threats and how much of that came out of his office?
Nuff Said
