The Rot of America from the Black Hole of Calcutta

Haji maybe if we pull out some more parts the computer will work!!!

As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.

Everyone of us is going to be educated when Donald Trump gets America involved in the Great Eurasian War, because then the infrastructure that President Donald Trump is not handing kickbacks out to in Mitch McConnell bills is going to bite America from the military to the oil industry in the ass.

What none of you see is America is plagued by the rot of Peking Chinese parts, the rot of Jewish debt banking and the rot of something which the following addresses in the rot of Indian internet programming which is placing a fractured codex into computer code.
I actually had some access to this a decade ago when codex which was being handwritten by Southern Whites, was switching over in creating a program which could write the majority of codex for programming. What the following White Paper explains though is American business has instead been hiring Indians, who have been gutting programs which have already been written, copying and pasting the parts they need, into programs for their Trump Visa Vermin Nazi conglomerates, which is piracy.

To leave you with one thought in this, imagine if some Indian copies codex at Raytheon off a Boeing guidance system for a rocket that Mr. President is launching to protect Hawaii as "flying is flying", but at the key juncture of intercepting Kim Jong Un's missile, the codex tells the interceptor that it can not make a G force turn, still thinking it is a 737, it lets the warhead hit Hawaii.

Keep that in mind as you read the White Paper below from someone who deals with Indians in the computer fields daily. This is what an American has to deal with, is frustrated by and why when you try and sign up for insurance at Obamacare, that the site is all f*cked up, it is because Indian progammers built the site most likely and that is why it kept crashing.

What happens when it is incoming nuclear missiles and SDI crashes? Are you going to hide behind Trump's replacement pile of Visa Vermin for you?

One more thing.....do you think it is Indian copy and paste programming which is leaving all those windows open in computer systems from Hillary Clinton's server to the DNC in how hackers are getting into those systems?

Sincerely thank you to Richard for this and so much more.

Remember when web pages just worked? Remember when you didn't have to choose between a page working with invasive ads, banners, and popups or running JavaScript and ad blockers, forcing you to fiddle with settings to see the content? Remember when you could rely on web pages to look and act the same from day to day, and any major changes would likely be proudly pre-announced? If so, you remember the web without Indians.

To understand what has happened, you need to understand the software business from a developer's perspective. Most web pages are straightforward and fairly simple to code. Now, some web resources are more involved, requiring actual programming logic and perhaps fancy database work, but the majority of what you see on the web is simply specialized formatting of text and pointing to locations where resources like pictures are stored.

In most trades, the least skilled work is given to the new kid, as the more experienced workers deal with the more complex items. You don't put the intern leading the team on a brain surgery, for example. Naturally, the same approach was taken with software development and IT. As the kid gained experience and proved capable, he was given more and more difficult software projects and thus became a seasoned professional. There were and are the truly gifted of course who would go straight to the advanced jobs, but those were the exceptions as you had to prove your worth.

Meanwhile, management had rediscovered Indians, who were perfect for drudge work as used centuries before by the East India Company. To understand why management regards Indians as so wonderful, you have to understand that India is quite literally a shit hole third world country, as it is hands down the world's leader in human defecation in public. At the time of this writing, one US dollar is worth 65 Indian rupees. Imagine management's delight at the thought of paying someone a dollar an hour who would be thrilled to receive it! Further, they could abuse their new employees as much as they liked, knowing they wouldn't dare complain and risk losing such a windfall. Indians had proven themselves obedient and indeed expecting poor treatment from their superiors and so thought nothing of working well beyond normal Western hours.

It was realized that Indians could easily take simple repetitive work like first tiers in call centers, as they could read a script prepared by knowledgeable people. The fact that they were completely incapable of handling anything not covered by their scripts and the fact that customers were increasingly dissatisfied with the service didn't matter in the face of the tremendous savings management was enjoying. Eventually, they decided to expand the program to other jobs they perceived as simple, including the previously explained entry level software jobs.

In doing so, they grossly miscalculated. Call center jobs can be said to be extremely repetitive and a script at the first tier does filter out common problems, allowing the skilled technicians to focus on more complex issues. This is not the case in software development, where even very simple tasks still require decision making, as programming could be described as solving a problem and then figuring out how to make that solution repeatable by a machine. While many problems are very similar, the solutions must still be tailored to the exact situation. Further, a crucial activity is considering exceptions and building code to handle them. For example, if you ask a user to enter their name in a box, you clearly expect letters. What happens if they enter numbers or symbols? A good programmer anticipates things going not quite to their design and attempts to steer events back to the intended plan, even if it means exiting gracefully rather than crashing.

Indian psychology simply does not include these two crucial programming components. The web is filled with forums and other communications of Indians simply copying and pasting code to get their projects limping along with little or no adjusting to their specific circumstances. Were this academia, they'd be damned for plagiarism many times over. It's nothing short of incredible that there aren't multiple lawsuits for code theft between businesses. Further, they cannot conceive of someone using software in a way different than what they envisioned and so do not build any exception handling. This leads to a particularly nasty development situation called "build and fix", wherein there's a constant cycle of projects intended to bolt on fixes to address errors as they arise, rather than simply having designed correctly in the first place. Management doesn't object, as they see their cheap labor is very busy and accomplishing lots of projects. Anyone who understands that the quality of the work has nosedived will be silenced, usually under the guise of 'racism', as they don't want to admit to effectively using slave labor.

Why is this such a problem? For two major reasons, which drastically impact American jobs, companies, and even lives. So far, we've used the example of web pages, which in most cases is simply an annoyance… unless of course that web page is how you pay your mortgage, or order your medicines, or a variety of other purposes that you can quickly see are not trivial. Now consider that the Indian plague on software is NOT limited to web pages, but has spread to the software you're using to read this, to the software that controls your bank account, to the software in modern vehicles and planes, to the software in medical applications, and far beyond. Do you feel comfortable knowing that software in such crucial settings doesn't account for exceptions happening?

The other major problem is that non-Indians are all but locked out of entry level jobs, meaning that as senior developers retire or pass away, the only possible replacements are Indians. Entire companies have gone entirely Indian over a few short years, and many of those companies have been ruined or are shadows of their former selves, but not before management got rich and ran for the exit. Students who have talent and ability in the field are increasingly opting out as they can see they won't have a fair chance at getting a job. It's impossible to compete against economic slave labor. This of course aggravates the problem even further, leading to the very people who started this problem complaining to Congress that there aren't enough qualified graduates in the field, and therefore they need even more foreign workers.

Thus, while the Indian invasion isn't nearly as publicized, it is every bit as dangerous as the Muslim and Mexican vermin being dumped in this country.
