Donald Trump cements Obama Legacy in US Courts

Don't worry your legacy is safe with me Barry

As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.

One really has to hand it to the President in nominating someone that democrats in states which should be electing Republicans in the autumn elections, can vote for Brett Kavanaugh, the future David Souter of the Supreme Court for liberals, and in voting for him, tell idiot voters, "See I support the President and I am not an extremist democrat".

This list of liberals to watch as the Washington Examiner points out is nothing but a list of liberals who should be replaced by Conservatives in the fall, but now Mr. Trump has given them life in Kavanaugh to sway the voters in another sham. If you had confirmed Merrick Garland in Obama, you would get the same thing in Brett Kavanaugh as what the scam is in Kavanaugh is to CEMENT THE OBAMA liberal agenda, instead of overturn it.
See that is what Kavanaugh is, he says he will obey old Supreme Court rulings and that means sodomy, rationed death and gun control. America needed a Sam Alito on the Supreme Court to replace Anthony Kennedy, and all America will get is another liberal rubber stamp like John Roberts, and then all the pundits will be aghast in surprise again in asking how this could happen.

See if you see what is the major reason that Donald Trump nominated Brett Kavanaugh.

d
Susan Collins, R-Maine
Collins has never voted against a Republican president’s nominee to the Supreme Court, but she has threatened to do so this time if President Trump’s pick could vote to overturn Roe v. Wade, the 1973 decision legalizing abortion.

Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska
. Both Murkowski and Collins were among a trio of GOP senators who blocked a move to repeal Obamacare.
Heidi Heitkamp, D-N.D.
Heitkamp is up for re-election in a state that voted for Trump by 36 points. Heitkamp is one of three Democrats who voted to confirm Justice Neil Gorsuch in April 2017.

Joe Donnelly, D-Ind.
Donnelly also voted for Gorsuch and is up for re-election in November. Trump won Indiana by nearly 20 points, which means Donnelly could again vote for the president’s nominee in an effort to win a second term.

Joe Manchin, D-W.Va.
Manchin opposes abortion and has said he can work with President Trump. But he also warned on West Virginia’s Talkline Radio that if Trump selects someone who would overturn Roe v. Wade or repeal Obamacare, “that’s a bigger lift."

Doug Jones, D-Ala.
Jone’s up for re-election in 2020 after winning a partial term by beating a significantly flawed GOP candidate.
Jones said prior to Kavanaugh’s announcement that he’s open to voting for a Trump nominee, which already puts him at odds with many Senate Democrats who have pledged to vote against anyone Trump picks.

Hidden in this is the real agenda in Obamacare. As John Roberts was gay blackmailed into rewriting Constitutional law for Obamacare, the real reason Kavanaugh was chosen is Kavanaugh will uphold Robert's ruling on Obamacare when it is challenged and make it the law of the land for further rapine and rationed death to Americans.

I honestly did believe Donald Trump in 2016 that his Supreme Court picks would be the firewall against liberalism, but with Gorsuch swinging hard fag and now Kavanaugh swearing to uphold aborticide and Obamacare, as he stated the rulings of the Supreme Court is what he bases all his decisions on, that this sham nomination is the President cementing the Obama legacy in the US Courts.
