I do not believe the hurricane Florence map models are correct, and in that HAARP can drive this thing anywhere yet, but in observing the weather charts this big girl is behaving as she should now that something super generated her to a Cat 4 in a few hours.
By that I mean when hurricanes are this large they displace other systems and that is what Florence is accomplishing. The weather pattern flows on the US mainland are all rotating counter clockwise or as Florence is dictating.
As there are not any major systems to push against Florence, what she should do is not continue northwest, but instead move more west. Inquiry at this moment says eye strike is south of Savannah.
Florence is not a tightly wrapped storm, as her bands far reaching, but she is dictating weather pattern. Her front wall is larger, so that volume should produce displacement for other mass. It seems that her stalling and then shifting west is her pattern. By the lack of pressure systems in Texas and the Gulf, she has as great of possibility of driving her rain into southern Missouri as bouncing off the shore and being a nuisance.
There is just a whole lot of heat down there yet in it is in the 90's from Virginia south. That is what hurricanes thrive in with above 70 degree nights.
This should make a lovely excuse to drive up gas prices again for 2 years in more boom time jobs for Mexicans as American are informed about how great the country is doing.
