You Americans always dig the pits you fall into.
As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.
There comes a time when usurpation and treason against the Constitution must meet federal interdiction in the form of indictment, arrest, trial and death by hanging, as constant contempt for the Constitution is a state of anarchy, and that is a threat to the United States defined as enemies domestic, as great as enemies foreign in election tampering.
The issue of Donald Trump's taxes and their release is currently an issue democrats believe they can deny Donald Trump the presidency over in removing Mr. Trump from the general election, if he does not release his personal taxes. The problem with this is, there is not one Constitutional provision for any state to place more qualifications upon a candidate than what Article II of the Constitution in Section 1 stipulates:
Article II
Section 1.
The executive power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his office during the term of four years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same term, be elected, as follows:
The Congress may determine the time of choosing the electors, and the day on which they shall give their votes; which day shall be the same throughout the United States.
No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.
Before he enter on the execution of his office, he shall take the following oath or affirmation:--"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
To be President, Natural Born Citizen, must be 35 years of age and 14 years a resident of the United States. There is nothing in this about releasing taxes.
So when states have attempted to force Donald Trump to release his taxes or bar him from the ballot, they are in direct violation of the Constitution, and that is defined as treason.
The Illinois Senate has already passed one version of the bill that would force candidates for president and vice president to submit the previous five years of tax returns that will be viewable to the public on the secretary of state webpage.
“If you have nothing to hide, you shouldn’t worry about anything,” said Democratic state Sen. Tony Munoz on the Senate floor, arguing for his electoral interference scheme.
Republican state Sen. Dale Righter noted that there have been two Supreme Court rulings that would make a measure such as this unconstitutional. He cited Anderson v. Celebrezze (1983) and Williams v. Rhodes (1968) where SCOTUS ruled that it is illegal and unconstitutional for states to alter national ballot qualifications as the Democrats are trying to accomplish with their arbitrary power-grab.
Political parties are different in they can require the nominee to be of that party in order to run in primaries and win a nomination. If they chose to, they could in fact force a candidate to release their taxes to being a straight Christian as a political party is not in the Constitution. There is no right to belong to a political party. There is only the right of a Natural Born Citizen to be able to run for the Presidency, tax releases or not in all states and territories.
Rule of Law means exactly that in Rule of Law. Rule of Law means consequences for breaking those laws. Whether I agreed or not with Abraham Lincoln, States do not have the right to dissolve marriage to the United States only upon penalty of death. Mr. Lincoln enforced that law and it is time that President Trump expended the same Lincoln powers to quarantine those States involved in ballot insurrection.
I would as President demand an emergency Supreme Court ruling on this, brought by Attorney General Barr on this issue of Constitutionality and enforcement, and then as President, the President should invoke emergency powers in deploying federal troops and federal marshals to protect the sanctity of the voting.
This is not just an issue of voting. This is an issue of arresting under warrant in military law to apprehend all those who undertook this sedition and then appoint until the next elections those officials who would stabilize the said States.
While I have full right to not vote for Donald Trump, as I will not make that mistake again, unless he begins keeping his promises and restores my costs, I have a loyalty to the Constitution. The same loyalty which demanded that Birther Hussein be arrested and those traitors who installed that fraudulent foreigner to the White House against Constitutional Law.
If Lincoln would have arrested his traitors, instead of sending in the troops, America would have been saved 500,000 dead on the battlefield.
Donald Trump needs to put the stick about, like Washington with the drunks, Jackson with the rabble, Kennedy with the Nigs and Ronald Reagan with the unions.
Trump fiddles far too much for his good as with Robert Mueller as Americans burn in the tinders of the cords of criminal invasion wood.
