The Lame Cherry wonders what kind of country we live in in America, where criminals on Jan6 are allowed to die and get away with their crimes. I mean how absolutely weak are US Attorney Matt Graves and Ass. US Attorney Nihar Mohanty, have petitioned the court on the issue of abatement in letting Matthew Perna off, in not prosecuting his corpse over these heinous crimes:

What did Matthew Perna think, this was Facebook?

Just because Matthew Perna killed himself as a political prisoner in being psychologically tortured and broken, by the Department of Justice, he now gets a free pass.
Where is the justice in this? I looked up ABATEMENT and here is the definition.
An interruption in the intensity or amount of something
Hey an interruption is not quitting. Let us agree that forcing someone to kill themselves is ugly intense. Is not a few hours interruption enough now, to lull people into relaxing, and now can't the FBI swoop in and ramp things up again?
Perna is dead, apparently buried, as FBI assets were posting nasty things on the obit page, so why can't Christopher Wray order his Agents to get a backhoe, dig up Perna and drag him back to Washington DC? I agree that prosecuting a dead guy is redundant, and putting a dead guy into prison is worthless, as what is the Judge going to sentence Perna to, "50 years until you come alive again"?
No that will not do. I recall the English dug up that Cromwell and impaled his head on a pike and hung his body on some wall. As we have been told this was domestic terrorism, can't Perna be hung on that White House wall, at least his body and how about nailing his head to the White House door? I'm new to this woke stuff, so I don't have allot of ideas in how to punish Perna after death.
Maybe the Department of Justice could go after Perna's family. How about charging them with his crimes as tapping on glass is a grave terror threat and taking selfies is a threat to America, so it used to be if you couldn't get the original criminal you went after the family members. The FBI does this all the time. So how about just going after the family and why do we even need a trial. How about just hang the lot of them, like on their front lawn as they must have some kind of tree or sheet like Jeffrey Epstein twisted up.
People should not be allowed to escape thee American Department of Justice just because they die. It that gets out, the DOJ will have no one to torture. I think this all started with Ashli Babbitt. She was a clever woman in getting murdered to avoid prosecution for Jan6. People saw that and now we will see a trend of people getting off from their crimes by killing themselves.
I think this is all God's responsibility. The US Department of Justice needs to indict God as a fugitive of justice in helping all these dead people avoid prosecution. Yes Merrick Garland needs to send out the FBI to arrest God, haul His ass into court and hang that God for harboring fugitives of justice. The American DOJ needs to put a stop to God as that is where the problem starts and ends in coddling criminals.
I think as we get all this figured out, that the FBI should just get a firing squad and shoot the corpse of Matthew Perna. Could do all sorts of things before he rots, like lethal injection, hanging, drawing and quartering, and oh yeah the guillotine, yes the DOJ needs to behead the corpse as a warning to all other corpses that the ghost of J Edgar Hoover still lives in the FBI not only gets it's man, but the FBI kills the corpse.
I don't know why Christopher Wray and Merrick Garland are not celebrating this and if some reporter like this Julie Kelly is bothering them with questions, they need to send over a host of FBI Agents and US Attorneys to slap her around, break her pencils, kill her pets, and burn her house down as she is subversive. It must be that what was good enough for Saddam Husseins boys and what is good enough for Ukraine, is good enough for snitty American reporters. Fire a TOW missile into her home and don't bother knocking first.
Justice has not been served in Matthew Perna being allowed to get away with his crimes. His corpse is just laying there in the ground. It is time to make an example of it. It is time for justice in America, not abatement.
