Just before thee American Civil War, a group of Chicago socialists who were German immigrants, were inspired by their own American Dream of owning land, building a German community and having all the blessing of liberty in a social order.
It took some time for this German group, who had number turn back in fear of the wilderness, settled upon the waters of the Minnesota River, after finding no acceptable locations in Michigan or the land all gone in Iowa.
This was the New Ulm establishment, named after Ulm in Germany, the Roman fortress city, which meant the last place of civilization before the hinterlands.
The Germans in Minnesota did well, as Germans always did well, as they were a hardworking and stoic people. They turned wilderness into farms.
The problem was Southern Confederate interests along with British and French, were stirring up the Indian terrorists while Abraham Lincoln was occupied in the South, in order to weaken America's war effort. This was the proxy war of Indian terrorists, and what follows is a short account of the Henle family, who had 21 people massacred as the Civil War raged on. This is the other war in America at the time.
It was a nice day as Anton Henle traveled to town, with expectation to return and haul wheat later that day, as his wife Theresa went to her mother's to gather some lettuce. Returning home Theresa spied 3 naked Indians and hurried back to her mothers, who was in the garden and was shot dead in front of her.
Fleeing again, Theresa went to her neighbor's house about 4 blocks away, and found it empty. The Indians began shooting at her and she fled to the woods. This was the Drexler home, and the husband had been beheaded in the field and his wife and children escaped to the fields.
Anton Henle appeared with a group of volunteers to attempt to rescue the homesteaders, and in frantic calls for his wife, was astonished she was still alive as he assumed all were dead.
In the following hours, the Henle's found their 4 year old daughter dead. An 18 year old servant girl beheaded. Their 8 year old child who had been with the Grandmother, was found dead without any wounds. The child had die from terror.
Their 12 year old son, Martin was discovered by another German, with 17 tomahawk wounds, but alive. The boy related that he had fled, but an Indian on a horse had chased him, chopping at him with the tomahawk until he fell covered with blood. The Indian thought the child dead and rose off.
Martin would die 2 weeks later after suffering from the wounds.
This is how an American Dream ended in mass murder. The survivors has no luxury of mourning as they had to survive and had to rebuild lives which others benefited from.
The lesson in this is the reality that America trusts in technological weapons, but Americas is a woke system which is bringing war back inside America. The times will manifest in which all of our communities will suffer some sort of mass destruction. No will be able to bury their dead and people will disappear in no one will know what happened to them.
