The Southwest is being engulfed like most of America with the Lame Cherry states 280 million foreigners to eat supplies. The United States currently has half a billion people occupying it, not 320 million. That will drain the water. It will force out Americans as refugees. It would free China from Russia as much as the American plantation would feed China. The expected outcome would then be for China by invasion to engulf Russia into non existence.
