Russia is winning and as long as they are winning, they will not launch nukes. As long as Russia is winning, the District Co Opters will be in fetal position, frozen in fear in not making any overt response to Russia.
Russia pretty much has a free hand now to blow US and NATO ships and aircraft to hell and there will not be any appreciable response as the stakes are now nuclear and Bunker State has it's butt puckered in fear.
HAARP should bring really cold temperatures into Ukraine, to pin Russia down and to force refugees which the European dictators can exploit to form a new federation. Other than that, the projections at the moment do not have this Ukraine situation as that interesting. I do not even see Anglo America putting in troops into Western Ukraine, as the cartel desires Russia there.
The story is the computer chips. That is what will drive this time line.
