Si, you gringos need to stop believing in the magic shovel.
As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.
Being the wokest of the woke is difficult for me at times in I just do not understand things as wokism has not really been codified. Like in the old American west, lots of people from outlaws to Indians thought you could kill a Chinaman, cause there was no specific law against it. It took some sorting out to convince people that you just could not kill a Chinaman like a nice cabbage for coleslaw.
It was this story from the Durden Bros which had me puzzled, because the people on the bench and the people who want to be on the bench were not saying what was really going on.
Here is the story.

A 73-year-old Arizona rancher has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder for the killing of an illegal alien who has been tentatively identified as a Mexican citizen
Tarnation, you sure do look like me, are you the one who has been givin' all these people bad advice and gettin' them into trouble with the law?
See my question is, is this huge bail because the Mexican got shot and the woke prosecutors do not want other White People shooting Mexicans which will scare the Mexicans away, so that all these slave corporations will not have low wage workers to exploit, are they concerned about the drug running being hampered if people take the law into their own hands, or is this just because the value of a Mexican invading America is 1 million dollars.
I think that a prosecutor should have to at least tell the Judge what is the reasoning in all of this as it would curb the people from doing what they do not want them to be doing.
What baffles me about Senor Rancher is, I thought he would be old enough to watch Gunsmoke or at least stay up and watch it on reruns. The reason I ask this is like George W. Bush used to ask what Jesus would do, and now we know that Jesus would bomb the Taliban, invade Iraq and fondle Michelle Obama in front her husband, Barack. Now I did not know Jesus would do those things, but as George W. Bush did all of this, it must be because Jesus would do things like that, even though I could never find that in the Bible.
To the point in this, I would think that Senor Rancher would have watched Gunsmoke and said, "What would Festus do?" Not the one in the Bible who was Governor or something and locked up St. Paul, but Festus Hagen of Texas Hagens. After all, Arizona is like Texas Lite, and Alec Baldwin gunned down two people in New Mexico and it was like J walking in no one cared, as shooting a White Slavic woman in New Mexico is something no one gets worked up about, including Alec Baldwin as he was off doing movies and things, and I would think that woke Hollywood would have the answer in all of this as Festus was a Deputy US Marshal, that is employed by the United States Government of Washington City.
So what would Festus do?
I watch lots of Gunsmoke, not because I like Chester, that whore Miss Kitty, tight pants Newly or Matt Dillon. I watch Gunsmoke to know what to do in situations, mind you I don't go around shooting Mexicans on my front lawn and everyone knows I am a law and order, rule of law, pay your taxes, obey the law and don't make trouble for yourself kind of girl. If Senor Rancher had watched Gunsmoke, he would have probably done things the US law way and not got into trouble.
I have noticed on Gunsmoke, that there is this magic shovel. I swear Matt Dillion blows people to death every episode and he usually gets shot about every 3 episodes, but the first thing he always is suggesting is "We better bury them people".
Now I have dug graves and it is hard work. Matt never breaks a sweat. They sweat allot digging water wells when Festus is digging them out yonder, but on Gunsmoke grave digging is always easy, and it must be that magic shovel. I swear Matt will have had his horse killed, be standing there buck naked 5000 miles in the desert from Dodge City Kansas, and the moment he starts talking about burying them people, this shovel always appears out of thin air. It is kind of a sand shovel thing, not worth a damn in any soil except sand, and as there is nothing but gumbo out in thee American West, this magic shovel even digs that up.
See I think if this Senor Rancher had asked, "What would Festus do?", his wife would have said, "Look down Miss Kitty's dress and beg a beer off of her.", but the Mr. would have said, "Festus would bury that Mexican invader I just shot because Matthew Dillon always tells people that you bury the body when you shoot someone. That seems to always end it as no one ever questions anyone on Gunsmoke about all these graves. They just go on and never say a word about who got shot and buried.
Now I know Senor is a geezer, but maybe he is spry and I think Arizona does have some sand as I always see that in Hollywood movies in sand is blowing around, so he surely could have buried that Mexican deep. Maybe he didn't have a shovel, but I have seen people in westerns bury people with boards in just a digging away. They use their hands, them White folks act like they are part gopher. Is amazing how that dirt just goes flying and graves appear and them people never sweat or get dirty.
I look around parts of the Brier at these ranchers here and I have noticed they are not long on the shovels or anything that involves work anymore. They found other things to spend money one, and some have backhoes (no that is not a Miss Kitty who like anal) and some have skid steers (no that is not a beef boy slipping on ice). It takes all the work out of burying things. Now I don't know if our ranchers are shooting people off their porch or what is going on, as we do have Mexicans and lots of new ones, so maybe in the Brier they watch Gunsmoke and ask what Festus would do, and they shoot, shovel and shut up and no one gets into trouble.
I have relatives out in the Dakotas so I know all about them cowchips out there. The stories they have told me kind of follow this line. An endangered eagle was killing sheep, and people thought it was a dog as the neck had only two fang marks on it. The rancher set a trap or the warden did and caught the eagle. The rancher called up the warden and said, "I caught an eagle". The law enforcement guy said, "I don't want to hear about it", and dude hung up.
There was this time this kid whose feet could not reach the pedals of the truck and he could not see over the steering wheel. The sheriff stopped the kid and said, "Sonny boy what the hell are you doing?"
The kid answered and said, "I'm going to get a load of feed". The sheriff said he better get loaded and home, and the kid was like 9 years old.
I think the confusing part in this is Gunsmoke in woke Matt Dillon for allot of people, because sometimes Matt shoots his best friend who killed some criminal, not the right way. Sometimes Matt gets shot and no one gets arrested. Sometimes he gets the bajesus beat out of him, sometimes Miss Kitty gets vaginally raped and Matt just goes fishing. That seems a bit inconsistent to me in White People. Now Festus is White, but Festus has consistency. Festus lets people go who deserve to be let go, like when they rob a bank and then save him from being shot, Festus lets them go and admits it, but Matthew never does anything.
It seems that Arizona has Matthew Laws and not Festus Laws.
Now everyone knows that White People aren't shooting Mexicans, as it is the cartel that shoots Mexicans and no one does a thing about that. Coyotes kill lots of Mexicans and no one does anything about that either. I would think that word being spread all over media that Senor Rancher was shooting Mexicans would not be the way to handle this, as it would scare them Mexicans and might inspire some other White People to shoot Mexicans as now they had the idea put to them. It would have been better if the law of Arizona, declared this some cartel crime, told the people in government they needed more money and they would get it for protecting against the cartel, the mortician would be paid a nice sum for the funeral and no one would have paid attention to any of this.
Instead this Senor Rancher is costing the system like 60 bucks a day on room and board. Trail lawyer will cost more and when it is said and done, all of that money could have been invested in flying more slave labor and whatever happens to these disappeared kids the Catholics get an the world would be the way woke people really want it.
Here is what I think, and mind you, I am new at being the wokest of the woke. I think that if you don't shoot a Mexican invading America, that you won't get arrested. Here is some statistics I found.
If you are a police officer in Arizona, you can kill anyone, just like that Black DC cop did with Ashli Babbitt. In Arizona though, if you are White or Brown you stand the same chance as being shot, but if you are Black you are 2.3 more like to be killed by police.
I know this gets a bit confusing with all the data, but I think this means that if you do not shoot a Mexican you will not be arrested and if you are a cop you can shoot anyone and you will be cleared.
As for now, I did find this quote on the events and how this all evolved. As most of you are not that bright, the Lame Cherry will attempt to add the woke reality to this story.
Hours before the Mexican was found dead from a gunshot wound. Senor Rancher had already phoned the Border Patrol and reported shots had been fired, not by him, and that a group of people were running, and George Kelly aka Senor Rancher, was in the thought process that he was the one who was being fired at.
In understanding that detail and mindset, the Arizona prosecutor overcharged in this case, protecting whoever, whether it was Mexicans or the slave owners of Mexicans, as Senor Rancher was in a mindset that Mexicans with guns were trying to murder him.
At the most in this case, the prosecutor should have charged Senor Rancher with the Alec Baldwin charge of involuntary manslaughter and at least understood that resources should have been not wasted on this trial where Arizona has the right to stand your ground and it is hard to convict a 73 year old geezer who was confused and honestly thought he was defending himself and his invalid wife.
Meet you on the other side.
Senor Rancher
Hours earlier, the Border Patrol reported that a man named “Kelly” had alerted them that there is a “possible active shooter” in the area of Sagebrush Road and “a group of people running.” "Kelly" said in the 2:40 p.m. call that he “was unsure if he was getting shot at as well.”
The sheriff’s office was called to Kelly’s property at about 5:56 p.m. after getting reports of shots fired. There they found Cuen-Butimea’s body, The International reports. The paper said no weapon found on or near the dead man.
So there you have it, in US law protects foreign invaders and prosecutes Americans to the extreme. Now Festus would say something like, "Well, that is the way it is. If you don't like it, too bad, and quit dropping tears in my soup". This is not going to change, so this comes back to the original thesis of this in, "You can't get charged for shooting a Mexican if you don't shoot a Mexican", and this Senor Rancher pretty much proved that US Marshal Matthew Dillon's magic shovel just does not appear to solve things like Hollywood always shows on television.
