The Russian armed forces have now returned to the stance of making the Bering and Baltic Seas nuclear armed with their Air Force and Navy. This literally means an operational stance of first strike against NATO and the United States. The bombers will be designated for taking out the Minute Man silos in the Dakotas, Montana and Wyoming. The real punch from Russia will be the ICBM's and the nuclear submarine launched missiles.
Europe is being shown that northern Europe will vanish with it's political power and American war bases.
The bombers took flight as the Norwegian Intelligence Service said in its annual report that ships from Russia’s Northern Fleet had started going to sea with nuclear weapons. This was common practice during the Cold War, but the report noted this was the first time the modern Russian Federation had done so.
‘The key part of the nuclear potential is on the submarines and surface ships of the Northern Fleet,’ the Norwegian intelligence report noted.

The world is full of defeated peoples who lost wars and did not like it and from Vietnam to Afghanistan, the victors were not the American military, but the communist Vietnamese and the Muslim taliban.

Russia has not lost strategically. It is firm in it's allies from BRICS. Operationally it is winning on the battlefield and the ability to manufacture huge quantities of weapons. Tactically, Russia is running circles around the worst that NATO created in Ukraine in destroying it, and blitzing the best trillion dollar weapons that America and NATO have.
Russia is positioned for a nuclear fight in which it means to win, and winning means, Russia survives with it's bunker population intact, to reproduce it's economic structures, to which America has none, and is relying on the Bunker State, without any manufacture to replace it's nuclear missiles or maintain technology in space and on earth from attrition in combat.
