a big girl

With a rather large 6.5 earthquake striking off the coast of northern California near Eureka, I was reminded of a strange bit of news that has been filtering through in that the sea lions all disappeared from California.
It seems they were found up the Pacific coast in Oregon. All 1500 of them.

Granted food, habitat, predators will cause animals to pick up stakes and flee, but earthquakes will also cause animals to move.
The situation is though the sea lions actually were close to this quake as it was close to Oregon.

This 6.5 quake is odd in it is not near the full or new moon. The massive weather patterns actually have let up in a rather mild January thaw is building over the American interior. There did not seem to be any stresses to trigger it, and yet a large deep earth quake generated.

In all quakes, this is significant if sympathetic quakes will generate in Eurasia as the wave vibrates to the opposite earth mantel.
The pressure now is released in greater measure off southern California in this close proximity quake, which means the odds increase for a release 'as another cork is out of the bottle".

What will be significant to watch is where the next major quake generates in if it will be Mexico, building more pressure on the San Francisco area or this will be a phase for the long overdue big girl rolling across California.

As I do not follow the numbers in what is significant in missing pets in the Bay area, I did a quick search for missing pets on Craigs List and there were hundreds on that site alone for January 9th, which included wallets which walked away from home and rings. Californians apparently can not tell the difference between a pet and leather. Granted the sea lions disappeared on December 30th, which is approaching 2 weeks, so this is an interesting incorrect science, where people look brilliant for noticing and just shrug when the world continues on it's Obama drama way.

Will be interesting to see if the New Moon 15th will generate any activity. It does seem though that the Bay area is primed for something.
Is why I live where our quakes only roar, shake windows, sound like trucks and feel more like being on a horses back as they shake themselves instead riding a grizzly.

May God keep His children in Jesus Name Amen
