I have been studying this climate change situation for a number of years and unfortunately it took this long to be Inspired as to the reality of it, beyond the Sun being the source of earth temperature and not humans.
What this white paper will deal with is HAARP and weather modification, as associated with CO2 or carbon dioxide, as there have been cover stories in this from global warming to the way out there Charlie Sheen cinema of aliens pumping out CO2 to heat earth up for their reptilian kind.
I begin this with a simple question that was answered in the Lame Cherry archives, but as only the Viking reads that magus cherrimus, it will be addressed here, and it begins with you answering a simple question, "Is it hotter or cooler in the shade in the summer?"
By instinct, you know being in the shade of a tree is cool, and that is why you sit in the shade and enjoy the cooling summer breeze.
You have been told that CO2 is greenhouse gas. You have been told that this traps heat, as Venus is the example. That is wrong as Venus is hot because it is too close to the sun and that is why Venus is hot.
I desire you to think back now to the summer sky, and you see these white poofy things in the sky. You know them as clouds, but they are greenhouse gases in reality, as gas is gas whether CO2, O2, H2O or your farts, gas is gas, and as you do not die of heat exhaustion when your spouse farts, you do not die by trapped gases any place.
Again is it cooler on a cloudy day or a sunny day? It is the cloudy day.
So when you fill the atmosphere with more CO2, it becomes heavier, more concentrated, and carries more dust and other elements combined as water vapor, which blocks the sun's heat, as it is clouds, and in the end the earth cools, just like a volcano, a meteor a cosmic dust cloud blocking the sun's energy causes miniature ice ages for the 6 months to a eighteen months until the matter falls out.
Now that you have the proof that you have been lied to you can ask why are they telling you about global warming and HAARP keeps making weather patterns, in saying it is man heating things up.
I will give you the rub in this, as Linda Molton Howe, that rather pathetic sky is falling propagandist who has nuts from New Zealand talking about oceans rising and ice shelfs, in why is it that certain ice shelves are thinner and other areas are making ice?

You hear often of this being weather wars, as Russia is doing things, China is doing things, America is doing things, but why is it in these acts of war on each other, that no one is blowing up the global HAARP stations?

Review the evidence: They are heating the earth up and blaming global warming in CO2 gases, as they want them stopped. I already educated you that CO2 blocks the sun's warmth and does not trap it........meaning CO2 is countering the HAARP atmospheric heating.
Review, the moon is not rising in it's proper seasonal locations. Constellations are appearing where they should not out of season......for the bright children, that means the earth is not tilting as it should be in creating seasons, which is sun warmth creates summer and decreasing sun makes winter in cooling. The earth appears around15 to 25 degrees off in tilt, in it is not wobbling as it did previously on it's axis to the extremes or tilt it once did a few decades ago.
This means the sun is heating a smaller area, and the temperate zone is decreasing, unless of course HAARP is employed with metals in the atmosphere to heat it up, which keeps those areas manageable, and when HAARP heats the poles up, there are less huge drops in temperature, and north winds actually are warming as the heat is there.
If you require this explained to the end, the earth is not tilting in proper temperate zone heat, which is where most humans reside, and food is produced. The remedy is deduced to create a global network of HAARP heaters to increase temperatures.
The result is crazy weather of large rainfalls, greater storm intensity, and America being baked in the west coast and being wetted on the east coast, along with these cloudbursts to keep soil moisture in proper amount for crops.
All makes sense and is simple when it is explained, as the layers of cover are pealed back. The globalists are not going to tell 7 billion people things are not normal on earth rotation, so they spend your money on HAARP and everyone is in on it, as letting the information out would cause unrest in panics from the uninformed.
The cover stories are "conspiracy" and other nuttery, which in carbon taxes, allows the globalists to arrest more control from the armed Americans, so they do not resist this programme or impede it, as that would unseat the globalists from control.
