History is a defined repetition of the human experience, as humans are a finite group of thought processes.
In this white paper the focus is has anything changed with the United States in reality to relations with Muslims, Asians, European financiers or Russians since the Clinton era when Muslim conduits were attempting to cripple America by knocking over the World Trade Center?

In the opposing interests of the Eurasians to Americans as the weapon for global finance, Russia looks at American invasion in Poland and Syria and sees a threat. China looks at America in South Korea and making ammends with nuclear India as a threat.
North Korea sees immense threats as the morsel coveted by Russia, China, America and South Korea.
Pakistan weighs itself in nuclear bombs, as America and India unite, and as China goes scorched earth on the Pakistani border on Muslim issues.
Iran sees all of it's benefactors under engagement with America, as Shia Islam is against American Sunni Islam.
All of the above, and all united above, have analyzed the reality that if America were crippled or engaged in hot war with any of the above. That is the gambit in this, in all of the above have a hope that by some blunder the other will become engaged in a shooting war with America to benefit their interests.

The United States is become the British Empire of 1940. It is over extended, in debt, unable to protect every line, and bankrupted. In 9 11, those behind the financial events brought down the towers and the US intelligence assets housed there for a "clean slate". That same issue in history repeating itself in the electronic records being wiped clean by an event, and another emotional misdirection to capture the public's attention as the story will probably be........"Yes your financial records in investments have all been destroyed, but the 1% records were protected and they are still rich, but do not worry about it, as we have more important things and happy days are here again".
The trends of this in internet stories and trends appear to be building. It is history repeating itself, because someone profits from terrorists and Neville Chamberlain dividing Europe for agreements are the same world being negotiated today.
No one is discussing any of this as usual. No one in the propaganda is every allowed to discuss such situations before conditions arise, but always point to warnings years before.
The situation in the United States is, there should have been a policy of preparation, of disaster shelters, of emergency food supplies, and defense, all in government coordination but that is not the case. The United States should have been engaged in securing a strong protection of citizens, hardening the industry remaining, which would have thwarted any actions from foreign adversaries. No one initiates actions against a nation which will not be harmed.
The policy has not been one which protects the primary interests of the American People. Which has the Bin Laden Factor in motion again and those same forces seeking to exploit weaknesses to gain the same profits and leverage as have taken place throughout the centuries.
It is assessed that none of us want to be living in a cardboard box from Amazon with our dog, as our cooking pot is the can the spam came in with beer as a food group or the neo dollar in trade for sex to antibiotics.
