As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.
This is my holiday vegetable as I like things holiday and not canned corn.
2 very large sweet potatoes, pealed and sliced.
3 large apples, pealed, cored and sliced.
Butter a casserole pan. Layer the sweets and then place apples over them, sprinkle with brown sugar, pepper, apple pie spice.
Repeat a second layer, and repeat, and dot the top with squares of butter.
Cover with tin foil tent, and bake at 350 degrees. I do mine an hour and a half to two hours.
This is a nice alternative. If you can eat poisonous marshmallows, you can top them too at the end, but they poison me. This is a nice Thanksgiving or Christmas addition in the scents and flavors.
I have not experimented with walnuts and cheddar cheese, but as I just created this, this is an evolving creation, sort of like Ivanka Trump gaining silicon computers and silicon breasts, but not like one can put walnuts and cheese on a laptop or Ivanka.
