President Donald Trump has traveled across the globe from London, Paris, Helsinki, but refused to travel to Vienna, but he did go to Singapore, but no one named an orchid after him.
It is obvious from all of the photos of Chancellor Sebastian Kurz, that this barely 32 year old is liked by everyone. They enjoy his company, enjoy his stories and simply seek ways to honor him. Donald Trump instead conjures up rhetoric which no one likes and which leaders are yelling at him or trying to crush his hand.
Sebastian Kurz is a natural statesman, diplomat, host, guest and leader. He simply in Germanic bearing of virtue draws people to him of all stations in life and they appreciate being in his company.
No one is filing lawsuits against Sebastian Kurz. Sebastian Kurz is not calling Omarosa a "dog". When someone insults the Chancellor in asking if he is "baby Hitler", the Chancellor in the most good nature simply gave an "acht" which really has no terminology as it is a mixture of surprise, dismissal, rejection and calling something bullshit in a most moral German way.
I wonder at the polls of Americans in how uninformed they are, as we hear of the great approval ratings of Donald Trump, even among Evangelicals. From not keeping his word to sex scandals, I do not see a thing worth approval of Donald Trump. On the other hand, Sebastian Kurz is accomplishing all of the Trump promises from border security to jobs to a global trade leader.
Sebastian Kurz simply does not take a bad photo op. Mr. Trump has difficulty in finding a good one, as he is only on tarmacs or golf courses. Herr Kurz instead projects nature, wholesomeness and hope.
It is the reality that like Vladimir Putin, Sebastian Kurz understands how to project the most positive of image, while backing up those photo ops with actual accomplishments which are legitimate and not stacked poll numbers.
My goal is to bring # Austria back to the top. For this we need good partners all over the world and have to learn from the best, especially in terms of education and innovation. That's why we're in the next few days in #Singapur & #Hong Kong.
And Sebastian Kurz does this in deferring to people in not needing to be the center of attention. The Chancellor is challenging the United States in competition in Artificial Intelligence and Block Chain currency. Donald Trump's economic team is still creating fake money off a keyboard. Sebastian Kurz is economizing the internet in every form.
It is unfortunate tht Donald Trump suffers from being less of an American than Vladimir Putin, and less of a German than Sebastian Kurz.
In leadership it is the message of the public trusts you to care about them. Sebastian Kurz was trusted to being elected federal Chancellor and he has proven his leadership by accomplishing what he promised the people from a minority government.
For Donald Trump, he has a majority in Congress and the courts, and yet he accomplishes nothing of value. Leadership is not a matter of fooling a public which wants to be deluded. Leadership is giving the public a reality of trust and in that trust proving it by actions and not Twitterage.
It is Europe which is being made great again, not the United States, and in that Europe is the future of the world and America is the past. The reason for that is Sebastian Kurz is leading Europe, while Donald Trump is politicizing every avenue to distract the people that he has failed to deliver the leadership, which he promised.
