As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.
This blog sincerely believes that President Donald Trump must be the visionary for the Koreas. He should engage in the following measures at Summit II. The first of which is that President Trump states that a Peace Treaty will be between the Koreas and not Pyongyang and Washington, as the war was fought between Seoul and Pyongyang.
Seoul would be signatory for the United States and United Nations, in order to legitimized South Korea as a sovereign nation.
What the Lame Cherry counsels President Trump to begin is to state that the United States policy is to denuclearize the Korean Peninsula, and failing at that, the policy will be to nuclearize South Korea and not stand in the way of Japan, Taiwan, the Philippines and Vietnam in their necessary protection from 3 nuclear powers in Russia, China and North Korea.
The President should call for a united Korea, as East and West Germany were united, but not entirely, and instead make the focus on North and South Carolina in two sovereign states joined in a union of a federated system with states rights.
North Korea would keep it's administrative government as would the South. The focus being that Korea would become a Constitutional Monarchy where the Kim family would have teeth and not be figureheads. They would have the power to impeach anyone in government, the power of the Treasury and the power of appointment.
The check and balance would be the legislative bodies would have confirmation, produce the budgets and the people would have control of the military and police.
It would be the son of Kim Jong Un who would be the leader of the Unifited Korean States.
Kim Jong Son
This process would include his marrying a person of the former Korean royal lines.
Princess Hot
This would unify Korea as one state with two respective systems of government.
All of this would be by design to begin the necessary debate, enlist a chaos which would settle out, with the United States advocating as an honest broker. This blog progresses that Sebastian Kurz of Austria should be the representative of North Korea and the Shinzo Abe as the representative of South Korea.
The imperial Trump and Kim, must have a democratic buffer in this for protection from failures and to guide this forward.
The following is the hierarchy of the government of North Korea, which is a well modeled system. The South would do well to reform along these lines too. That though is future tense, and what President Trump needs to do now is to produce a Teddy Roosevelt solution for a successful future forward tense of the Korean situation.
