What bothers me most about people in this world is they remind me of my friend's little brothers growing up, in those two asstards never thought of the consequences of the dumb shit things they got involved in.
That is the problem with this group of snowflake born from Nancy Pelosi's womb. Let's face it, that Pelosi was from the crazy Vietnam generation, who during her tenure under Bush43, was spiking these ADD soy milk children in crazed rampages that used women like Cindy Sheehan. What followed was Obama idol worship, and when these on the edge children actually discovered that cheating does not always win with Hillary Clinton, they actually believed they were immune from the law as Michael Moore was never prosecuted for his stunts.
Yes Robert DeNiro put this kid up to this, as DeNiro hides behind his security and locked gates.
Clay, in an interview with TMZ, defended his actions and bragged that celebrities like Robert DeNiro have given him support. He told TMZ he was happy he took a pickax to the star and said he was motivated by the immigrant family separation issue.
So enter into this Austin Clay, a man with a pick axe, strolling down the street in Hollywood, and it never occurs to him, that he looks like a serial murderer, and the cops might shoot him, because he wants to destroy Donald Trump's walk of fame star.
In review of this, Clay for his criminal actions has these penalties.
1. One day in prison.
2.20 days community labor
3. 3 years probation.
The above is actually having to do crappy jobs and if he makes a mistake in getting arrested again in the next 3 years, he faces new legal jeopardy. For 3 years he walks on egg shells.
4. Clay has to pay almost 10,000 dollars in damages to the city.
5. Clay has to go see a counselor as he was involved in an act of violence and is considered nuts.
Austin Clay, 24, appeared in Los Angeles County Superior Court and pleaded “no contest” to one felony count of vandalism causing more than $400 in damage. The deal he agreed to carries a sentence of one day in prison (which he apparently already served), 20 days community labor, and three years of probation.
But that’s not all. He’s also being required to pay $9,404.46 in restitution to the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce for damages and he must also attend “psychological counseling.
One more thing in that little word FELONY. Felony means you are on a state and federal registry. That means as he attacked Donald Trump, the Secret Service, meaning the FBI has this person's DNA, fingerprints and all information on file. That means if the President goes to California, this guys name will be red flagged. That means he flies in an aircraft, travels out of the country, his name is red flagged. That means anything happens in any crime, and this guys name is in that file registry being looked at for possible connections.
It means no purchasing a firearm. It means not voting. It means that on every government connected application you will be required to note you are a felon.
I do not understand stupidity like this. It is what parents used to day, "If your friend is jumping off the building does that mean you should too!!!" Just because Robert DeNiro is acting tough about punching the President in the mouth, does not mean that you take an axe to private property, because DeNiro is talking to you, because freedom does not mean you have the right to engage in crimes.
You can witness by the photo of Clay Austin that he does not appear to be any more intelligent than all of these other snowflakes. They simply do not have a common sense gene or an older brother to box their ears and say, "What the hell do you think you are doing!!!".
The thing in this which these snowflake need to learn is that Robert DeNiro, Michael Moore, Nancy Pelosi or whatever else is mouthing off, are not now felons. They have their rights yet, because they instigate dupes to engage in actions which benefit them as they act tough and live as multi millionaires.
DeNiro probably has like a hundred million dollars. Pelosi is Speaker of the House, and Clay Austin has a record and the feds will look at him in every violent event which occurs in America.
There are consequences in life. From this point on, every time a highway patrol or police officer runs this kid's tags, this felony will red flag, and if an act of violence has taken place, they will light him up for a stop. Their hands will be on their pistols and they will approach on a heightened status. That is a tremendous price to carry every day you exist in a police state.
When you are a snowflake without a reasonable older brother to tell you to get your head out of your ass, when you get Robert DeNiro ideas, you should instead go have a sippy juice, snuggle under a blanket and sing your Obama song and wait for the idea to pass with tomorrow morning's toilet flush.
