How do you sell more energy to Americans in an Obama world of "expensive green energy" and fuel efficiency? That is where HAARP enters the formula of nation rape, because HAARP is not there to protect the United States, but HAARP now exists in the hands of the oil and finance barons, to produce record cold waves in warm winters as has been the case in the past two years of Donald Trump.

October 2018 began with a Greenland cold system, moving west and south into Canada. The weather in this world does not move in that direction. Weather always moves south to north, north to south, west to east. Weather does not move as Greenland cold did, east to west.
This Greenland cold mass ran out of energy at the end of December 2018, and immediately a warm up occured as warm air surged back north. HAARP in turn generated out of Texas massive cold and snow dumps in this period as temperatures rose and fell like a rollercoaster from Texas to Canada.
After HAARP ran out of cold to make people purchase expensive home heating. HAARP began sucking cold air from the upper atmosphere, which lasted for two weeks in January 2019.
As there is only so much cold in Greenland and at 60,000 feet, the coming phase of murderous HAARP is to suck Arctic air out of the Northwest Territories of Canada. The coming terrorism in America will plunge temperatures to extreme lows of 30 below zero in the north with 10 below zero for highs, and zero readings in the extreme south.
HAARP prepared this terror wave with a January 24th "blizzard" hidden in an Alberta Clipper. Alberta was not his frigid in the extreme below zero temperatures, so this was produced by flipping the atmosphere in upper levels to produce this cold, which in turn sells energy to Americans.
As this blog has stated, there is nothing in population in the Dakotas or western Minnesota where these cold weather bombs are always generating, as Chicago has more people than these areas, so the necessity of these cartel terrorists using HAARP is to produce such a massive surge of killer cold, that this cold air will freeze people in the deep south, east coast, midwest and into Texas.
I have been watching this killer cold, as this is the weather that assisted in the murder of my mother as the cold is too hard on animals and people. I was contemplating this the other day in reading obituaries online in three people I went to school with have buried their parents this year too from this cold extreme. We lost two family friends this week due to the cold as the elderly simply can not take this Weather Mod. I estimated that 80,000 more people would perish this winter, but when this HAARP Vortex unleashes for driving up home heating energy use, that it will be another 100,000 as this plunges into the American South.
There is also a problem in dead livestock and wildlife, and humans have an abilty to hang on as in the case in the cold north, in thinking of making it to spring, and then the back death rate will unleash in March and April as the remnant of this HAARP economic terrorism fulfills it's natural morbidity.
It perplexes me in no one else is covering this as Mockingbird has silenced all of the media in this, exposing what frauds they are. Ulrich in Europe informed me that Europe has too been plunged into very cold German temperatures. See when you are selling American LPG to unwilling Europeans, HAARP is a marketing tool as all of that cold forces Europeans to purchase the oil and finance baron's oil that this President keeps trying to sell to unwilling Europeans.
There is absolutely no doubt that this coming "Polar Vortex" which there is absolutely no such thing, as a vortex spins and this is not spinning, but is a propaganda cover for HAARP to rape people of money, is designed to sell Americans their oil and gas which they already own. The production reserves for these markets to function have not been met, and HAARP is unleashed to force people to consume in order to stay alive. This government should be saving additional money as HAARP is mass murdering old people like my mum, as dead geezers do not take Social Security payments. Rough estimates are another 250,000 American elderly and sick were culled out from this HAARP generated cold, and the numbers of wildlife and pets will be ten times that as this coming cold bomb is going to wipe the will to live out of a host of people and animals.

I would that this weather terrorism would stop, but no one will speak about it. Instead the diversions of Roger Stone and fake regime shutdowns is all you lemmings will talk about and nothing this blog reveals will get those rich people to make generous donations so this blog will continue, as after all I have been through these past years, it takes all of my will to just prepare to try and get through what is coming in this. There is something in this though in I have been watching Bones location in South Dakota and for two weeks before a hint of this appeared in this weather bomb of cold, there were indications of 10 inches of snow being dumped there. As you can see by the NOAH map on Friday, there is not one major storm as there has not been one major storm in any of these snow dumps, when suddenly moisture appears over the Great American Desert and snow piles up.
This is connected to HAARP and is a constant of this weather terrorism. I make a note of it here again, to prove there is not a weather system which can produce this moisture on the west coast and yet the NOAH computers keep forecasting a blizzard here.
Arctic storms or Clippers do not generate moisture like this. I am interested in what magic will be unleashed again, and why it is noted here as proof that this is human generated.

If you want a reality of how the United States is being terrorized by HAARP Weather Mod, look at the forecast for Calgary Alberta, which is 500 miles north of Fargo North Dakota, directly in the path of where this "Polar Vortex is supposed to be coming from and is not being sold American oil.
There is going to be a 70 degree difference between the Canada and the United States with America Arctic and Canada being balmy California.
Uncharacteristically, the United States will even be colder than Winnipeg Manitoba. This is what weather terrorism looks like. Winnipeg and Calgary have to be colder than the United States, but in this they are warmer than America in this weather terrorism.
