Prime Minister Hideki Tojo, was the most farsighted and gifted nationalist leader of the post World War I generation. He was nothing of what the American press would smear him as a Nazi. He was a Japanese who rightly concluded that if the Europeans or Americans were on the other side of the negotiating table, it would be racism against Japan. China was the pet of America, not of any Jeffersonian ideals, but because Japan had her in Manchuria and the United States desired to rule the Pacific, and Japan like Germany were competitors to the Anglo American vision. London would provide the throne and New York would provide the bank vaults.
I see a great deal of mirror image of contention in the Japanese American antagonism of 1940 with the Chinese American antagonism of 2019 AD in the year of our Lord. It is not a like matter though that all Asians are the same mind, as the Emperor of Japan provided a far more harmonious vision of liberating the colonial colonies of the East from European and American rule, compared to the Peking Emperor of Xi who seeks to make Chinese colonies of free Asian peoples.
The words of Hideki Tojo lay the framework of the age he lived and was executed by the Americans in. In those words, I hear the same echoes of a past about to repeat itself in the future.
As Sec. of Defense Mattis who had a lust for nuclear war with Russia has been removed by Donald Trump, a new approaching Secretary in James Webb, according to the Russian's delight, is ready to challenge the Chinese on the shores of the Asian Pacific.
Therefore, if one
were to consider that there was virtually no possibility of success
through the US-Japan negotiations, the military and economic pressures
would only force Japan into further crisis if time were allowed to pass
in vain.
In reality, Japan and China are mirror images of each nation in 1941 and 2019. Both have surplus populations. Both have no natural resources to sustain their world position. Both are industrial, economic and military powers, and, both would die within a year of war and both would if they submitted to the United States would become a slave people.
The reason was the failure of both Japan and China to
understand each other and the inability of America and the European
powers to sympathize, without prejudice, with the peoples of East Asia.
The message of Franklin Roosevelt and Donald Trump is different as Roosevelt was a projection of racism in American domination, while Donald Trump's message is one of embargo on unfair Chinese trade exploitation. Japan was a self made power. China is a Bush family instigated power. 20 years ago China was a rice and millet patch. Now it is a nuclear power capable of sinking every American carrier fleet in less time than the Japanese sank the American fleet at Pearl Harbor.
The likeness of Japan and China ends with their like contention with America, for where Tojo was a leader for an Asian Sphere of prosperity, Xi is a dictator with delusions that the Chinese cancer is a cure for Asia and the world.
Where Japan sought the eastern Pacific, Xi seeks Europe, the Americas and Australia, after the conquest of Indochina and the isles.
The words of Tojo are nothing like Xi, for Tojo knew the jeopardy Japan was in by FDR's embargoes and sanctions of ceasing to be a people, while Xi professes a military rule where the threat of 200 million armed PLA soldiers is the diplomacy of war.
However, even
during the preparations for action, we laid our plans in such a manner
that should there be progress through diplomatic negotiation, we would
be well prepared to cancel operations at the latest moment that
communication technology would have permitted.
Those are the words of the Prime Minister, and where Japan was grasping to the hope of diplomatic resolution to the last as Franklin Roosevelt challenged the Japanese to war on November 26th, 1941 AD in the year of our Lord, the dictator of Peking in Xi fuels his nuclear military to prepare to crush the United States and drive America from the Pacific, leaving each nation beginning with Taiwan to be absorbed into the Chinese dictatorship.

Xi has announced to his war machine, the PLA, to prepare of a war with the United States, as a confrontation with the United States in a battle where Hawaii and Alaska will be the reparations which China will inherit in victory over America.
As in 1941, China has reached a political conclusion, that the diplomatic answer is a war with the United States, which it has been stocking it's warehouses with to sustain the war. Alaskan oil and Indonesian oil will give life to China to an extended war, as much as the rice fields of Indochina and the wheat fields of Russia will feed that billion people.
Unlike the Naval Commander of Japan, Admiral Yamamoto who knew that Japan had six months to one year to neutralize the United States to win an attrition war against America and force her into peace, Xi of China has reasoned that China can as in Korea, can with resources make the United States submit to a Chinese attrition where China dictates the terms.
Germany and Japan made the mistake of this attrition in World War II, China believes there is no mistake in Peking will succeed in a war of attrition against the United States, and that includes EMP crippling of the US power grid, where a crippling strike by America has 1.2 billion hands to take the place of American electrical working motors.
It is the Time of War.
