In studying the weather war against the United States, I have noticed something in the dawn of this 2019 winter, that the American south was being baked to 100 degrees, while the American northwest was being frozen and buried in blizzards at the end of September.
This all set the stage for a development of HAARP which was most interesting. Almost a week ago, a satellite image was produced in a loose fitting LO pressure, hurricane coming down the American coast from the Gulf of Alaska.
This was impossible, as in the same time, a massive CAT 5 hurricane had formed, which would draw all the energy to it, which was targeting Japan.

The Japan Meteorological Agency has warned that Typhoon Hagibis could be as devastating as the Kanogawa Typhoon that hit Shizuoka Prefecture and the Tokyo region in 1958, killing more than 1,200 people. The typhoon is set to hit Japan over the weekend, extreme weather warnings issued along the eastern coast.

Absolutely no rotation, but instead what looked like a geyser. What was different in this HAARP generation was that it was crossing the border into Canada, where last year, the Lame Cherry documented these storms literally stopped at the Canadian border.
What manifested 2 days later in another not moving storm, after high southern HAARP winds created a pocket for this weather to flood into, as is the case in the North Dakota region was this, nefarious ball of rotating death which would not move.
Once again, this is over the Minot North Dakota Strategic Air Command center of the land and air based nuclear weapons of the United States. This is a containment storm of radiation fall out in the advent of a nuclear strike by the Eurasians.
Note there are two massive weather systems generating, which again is not possible. A storm surge fron tfrom Texas to Michigan, and the blob over North Dakota, but this time piling into Canada. Apparently whatever treaty was in place with Canada to not be hit by weather war, has dissipated with Justin Trudeau in chronic black face.
The Lame Cherry has noted this North Dakota basin storm in the past year, which simply does not move, even with hurricane force winds. It just sits for several days, and once it does move, it goes like a rocket and will be in Chicago in hours, after days of dumping snow in the nuclear range.
Omaha, Nebraska, home to Offut Air Base, will have temperatures in the 50's in this time, while the lows in North Dakota will be a constant 30 degrees. This HAARP is so precise, that the above surge was drawn out exactly to the lines this storm is tumbling in two days before this storm appeared.
Those lines were drawn when the geyser was still injecting moisture into eastern Montana.
The point in all this is, is this is perfection in nuclear fallout containment. It also has caused immense agricultural disaster again in this region, which was buried in snow last year, had early blizzards, and then floods, and non stop rain in more flooding, so crops could not be planted.
I have reports of farmers desperately in this region trying to combine soybeans for China, but the beans are so wet they can not get them through the combine. The reels to swath the grain into the head of the combine were wrapping up with bean stalks as the stalks were so wet.
Farmers tried to save themselves, opened up fields but went home, as there was nothing they could do.
The Catch 22 in this is the farmers contract out in presale for harvest, so they HAVE TO HARVEST, because if they do not, they are not covered by the government bailouts and the money goes back to the contractors.
Not even Meredith Garafalo with her large comforting breasts can comfort anyone in this region. Where snow has not buried crops, it is WET, and that requires sun, wind and heat, for days to weeks to dry the crops out for harvest.
I have been informed that an inch of water in rain looks like 5 inches now, as the ground is so saturated that it just is a swamp. That is HAARP weather warfare, and it is targeting the nuclear Republican states with purpse again.
