As I compose this, I am watching a series called Justified on DVD from the Obama era. It is a complicated 6 year series which basically breaks down to, when legal and illegal, use the same good and evil to achieve their ends, how much can people be pushed when it is law enforcement protected by a badge and the citizen being deprived of jobs and a future, before there is only the defense of being justified, with everyone a criminal and dead.
I came across this story on Guns America, and it was an article about Ruby Ridge. For those who do not know the story, it is the story of Gordon Kahl and the story of LaVoy Finnicum, with Ruby Ridge sandwiched in between.
I will give a basic format of the story in what really took place. A family named the Weaver's moved from Iowa to Idaho, to raise their family and live off the grid in a plywood shack. In this period following Gordon Kahl, a group of people who fell into an ideology of Aryan Nation and Posse Comatatus emerged. The latter group in John Dillinger fashion started robbing banks in a most violent way, and this is what set law enforcement into motion as the Militias which were empowered by Ronald Reagan, were something George HW Bush was not in favor of, and a crackdown began.
One must understand how federal law enforcement operates. Once it is triggered, it comes under the parameters of the FBI. That was the case with the Weaver's, as the Weaver's were innocent, but the FBI wanted a snitch into the northern Idaho community, and Randy Weaver was targeted.
What took place is an FBI asset purchased two shotguns from Weaver, which were legal. In order to ensnare Weaver though, the asset shortened the barrels which made them illegal. A Jury in America found Weaver innocent of sawing off shotgun barrels, so that means the Jury stated the FBI asset was the criminal.
Once the charge was made though, the FBI tried forcing Weaver to be their snitch. Weaver wanted no part of it, as he never was a White Supremacist or joined Aryan Nations. To put it plainly, the FBI was asking a father of 4 children to go in and spy on some very dangerous people, and if those people found out, Randy Weaver would be dead.
So Randy Weaver had his hearing, was released, and what does not appear to be an accident, was told his court date was 30 days later than it was, in order to frame him. Weaver did not appear, so was a fugitive.
This is where you must understand federal police, because the FBI investigates and apprehends, but when it becomes a fugitive situation, the US Marshals are called in, as this is their jurisdiction.
All the US Marshal's know, is what the FBI files have on the subject. In other words, with Randy Weaver, his filed would have read, armed gun dealer, who sells illegal firearms to White Supremacists and lives with the Aryan Nations who want to start a civil war, thumbed his nose at a Court hearing, and he is a threat.
To this the US Marshal's dispatched their agents, and as the story was pieced together, they threw stones at the plywood shack to trigger the dog the Weaver's owned. The dog barked, a family friend and the Weaver's young son went to investigate. At which point the camo clad Marshal's not identifying themselves rose up, shot the dog, at which the young boy who was armed raised his weapon, and was shot by the Marshals dead. The friend, not having any idea who these people were having shot a dog and a boy, shot and killed the Marshal.
No one in the Weaver house knew what was going on. They emerged from their home to retrieve the body of the boy, where upon an illegal shoot to kill order had been issued, as the FBI was now on scene with their sniper unit.
In the retrieval of the boy's body, the sniper, attempted a spinal shot on Randy Weaver to execute him. The sniper missed, and seriously injured Weaver and critically wounded the family friend.
In this situation, the mother, Vicki Weaver, holding her baby, was shot in the head and killed instantly as she stood on the porch. The records state that the sniper was shooting at the family friend, but as the researcher noted, sources one should believe were not believable in this. It appears the sniper targeted the mother holding the child as no one was supposed to come out of that shack alive, since a US Marshal had been killed.
What followed was the federal propaganda machine smearing the Weavers as LaVoy Finnicum was smeared, as Gordon Kahl was smeared. The Weaver's had agents crawling around under the home, and they shouted to them the mother was dead, the boy was dead, and the two adult males were injured. In response, from the FBI's CAMP VICKI, as the FBI called the camp, the federals called to Vicki stating they had blueberry pancakes.
When radio commentator Paul Harvey told Randy Weaver to pick up the phone, Weaver looked out on his porch and there was a robot holding a phone, and the robot had a shotgun pointed at the phone.
For a week with FBI agents wearing shorts, joking, carrying boom boxes as Vicki Weaver lay decomposing the Weavers were pinned down. Only thanks to local protestors at road blocks and Bo Gritz with his wife, did the Weaver's escape with their lives.
No one was ever charged with murdering Vicki Weaver nor her son. The Weavers were exonerated in court as was the family friend, and the court issued a monetary settlement.
In all of this has emerged Sara Weaver, who at 16 witnessed all the events, and now as someone in the Christian ministry and Veterans assistance has been telling her saga, in the hope that one day someone in Hollywood will make a movie of the ordeal her family experienced.
What are some of the greatest inaccuracies that you would like to clear up?
There are many, but here are a few. As we have maintained from the very first report, my family did not shoot at Geraldo Rivera's helicopter 25 years ago as it flew over our cabin. Last year I was informed of eyewitness proof of this fact by someone who was in the helicopter at the time. My mother died protecting her children the best she knew how under the circumstances. She never would have harmed her own children as was reported. My father never joined Aryan Nations, was not a member and did not consider himself a white supremacist. He was originally asked to go by an informant who posed as a friend and introduced him to another informant who then entrapped him. My family was not a part of, did not endorse, nor gave any permission whatsoever for the completely inaccurate made-for-TV movie. My father did not set out to be a fugitive. The reason my father failed to appear in court for the original entrapment charges was a direct result of being given the wrong court date by the court system.

Ruby Ridge, set off the bombing of the Murrah Building in Oklahoma City, and under Obama, the Eric Holder Hutatree frame up was connected directly to another FBI sting in framing innocent Americans with their moles using incendiary rhetoric.
Sara Weaver has a story to tell and she is an advocate of peace, in no one should ever attempt to retaliate for what was engaged in against her family. She is correct, as it would be unChristian and unLawful to ever harm others because they have a badge, as they were not the ones at Ruby Ridge.
What the Lame Cherry instead advocates for is what is the thread running through this, whether it is the framing and impeachment of President Donald Trump, LaVoy Finnicum being left to bleed out in the snow, or Gordon Kahl ambushed and his son imprisoned for life in jail, and that is the DISCONNECT, which allows these events to transpire and no one is charged for the crimes who are in law enforcement.
Examine Randy Weaver again. Federal pressure had the FBI in Idaho attempting to frame and pressure Weaver into being a snitch against dangerous people. When Weaver refused, he was made a fugitive, was handed off to Marshal service, who had no idea who Randy Weaver really was, and used martial force, and the Weaver's not knowing it was law enforcement, responded in kind.
This story then hits the media who hate right wingers, and with a US Marshal dead, the FBI takes control again, and their propaganda machine has to keep people looking at the dangers of Weaver, rather than the klusterfuck this became in a federals opening up on a family pet, shooting a child, then shooting mother holding her baby, as the FBI sniper is supposed to be silencing everyone with a bullet to the spine.
With LaVoy Finnicum, there was Gregory Bretzing of the FBI, involved with US Fish and Wildlife Service, handing off to Oregon State Police on a road block, where the FBI was there and started shooting first at the stopped vehicle. We still do not know who shot LaVoy Finnicum, except the story it was Oregon State Police. The bullet holes in the vehicle do not match and Oregon State Police shot down an old man struggling in the snow, who did not produce a firearm and in fact said he was unarmed.
With Donald Trump, there was a President, a Hillary Clinton, who were running against Russia, and Obama did not want to make an issue of Russian election meddling as it would help Trump and hurt Clinton afterwards. In the Trump case, the Department of Justice was denying the FISA warrant that the FBI under Obama political pressure was attempting to acquire based on evidence from MI6 and the CIA.
In all of these cases, including Gordon Kahl, there is the original framing of the issue, the escalation in abuse of the courts, and the handing off of jurisdictions, which produced the veil of confusion, which on the other side was triggering federal law enforcement on various levels, by what propaganda they were being issued.
To put it plainly, Donald Trump, Gordon Kahl, Randy Weaver or LaVoy Finnicum were not leaking to the press and were not running websites to smear themselves. This was coming from the FBI, in attempting to spin the narrative to give cover for their actions. We know that Lisa Page and Peter Strzok were heavily involved in planting stories, and the referencing their stories to their political superiors as cover for what they had no business investigating.
The question in this in the Clinton's Jamie Gorelick, walls of separation to hide the crimes of the Clintons, which hid Obama's crimes and led to 9 11 and Benghazi, in that deliberate wall, has there been constructed these jurisdictional blind spots, where the FBI runs a sting, the guy refuses to cooperate in being framed, the case is handed to US Marshal's who walk in, get shot and all hell breaks loose as the FBI takes control again to snipe it's way out of the situation.
We have witnessed these blind spots in Donald Trump's administration. Jeff Sessions recuses himself and Trump gets a Special Counsel investigating him. Agents who the Inspector General recommends for prosecution, have the DOJ waving prosecutions off again. The blind spots have a pattern in protecting law enforcement abuse and through lethal force obliterating who are no more dangerous than Don jr.
By these major manifestations, everyone can see that something is wrong and yet it is not being fixed. Those who survive these events know to keep their mouths shut and those who engage in the executions, never face prosecution as the cases fade and findings come from the DOJ that the case was dismissed.
Something should be done, but nothing will be done, because those whose interest it is to have a broken system, where one agency engages in something, hands it off to another to clean up, and when things go postal, then a cover up begins and people are lynched in the media.
When things go right in US law enforcement, no one notices, but when things go wrong, it sets off shockwaves through the entire society. All of the above cases from Donald Trump, Gordon Kahl, LaVoy Finicum, Randy Weaver, were set off by actions of federal law enforcement, in most instances making political statements.
Donald Trump was just running for President. Gordon Kahl was a farmer who the DOJ issued orders to ignore him, and suddenly he was set up in an ambush and federals shot his son. Randy Weaver never got his court summons. LaVoy Finnicum was unarmed, hands in the air, when an FBI team opened fire on him.
Everyone of these cases had someone handing a case off to someone else who raised the stakes, and the people who originated the issue remained in the political shadows. We need reforms and we need consequences for actions, as all of us can agree that we do not need any more mothers having their heads blown off while holding their babies. as all is not justified.
