I honestly do not believe most people have any relationship with the Holy Ghost and yet this is Who Jesus bestowed on His children as Comforter. I have been fortunate as I was created by the Holy Ghost and have been His from the start......although, here am I, a shitty child, who has deserved worse than the torment I have been put through.
So being resourceful in when opportunity knocks I can be charming, the electric company was putting in new lines, and I of course when the opportunity arose to be helpful, told the cable layers if they had any spools to just drop them off there on the other place.
To my delight 5 spools were dropped off.
Two are monsters in being 54 inches wide and 76 inches high. They will not fit in the pick up, and as our old hay trailers all rotted, I was left with the last thing around here was the old man's Hale stock trailer, with a rotten floor.
Hale's were unique in they had canvas tops. so you could theoretically take them off, load a roped critter into the thing and be a real cowboy.
The old man's trailer does not look this good. It was a piece of shit when he got the thing used. I think it was like a 1964 trailer, beat to hell, and Lord God that man found new ways to beat the shit out of that trailer. He broke the tongue off. He broke the seams in the trailer. I see there were breaks tonight when I checked it..Yeah new breaks on the seams I fixed as a kid in his breaking them.
The thing is this trailer's top is 75 inches..........I need 76. This is where the Holy Ghost comes in, as the Holy Ghost is always talking to me. Talking I mean, I am always open to His solutions. I mean, I have an open Spirit in me, and am listening for answers and solutions, and tonight thinking I had to take the top of this trailer off, the Holy Ghost said, "Just put a two inch block under the top where it rests and you will have your height".
The Holy Ghost is a Genius. All Inspiration comes from God and I term it cheating as God always has the answers. I share this so that Christ's children adopted to the Father, understanding that you NEVER reject nor do anything to harm the Holy Ghost as there are condemnation conditions, that talking and listening to the Holy Ghost is a most wonderful solution to life.
Granted most of you are porn pervs or other shit in thinking like I used to, that you could entertain sin as you could handle it, and this is harmful to the Holy Ghost, but God burned that out of me, and now I just try to with effort to obey and mould myself to God's Way as that is what I have to do anyway and it just saves time, as here am I nothing and only something with God, so I might as well surrender, make things easy and stop thinking that vain glory has some purpose other than getting you into hell.
That is an example of how the Holy Ghost solves things daily for me, in things I have no idea what to do. Often in projects I step back, walk around, and give it some time and the Holy Ghost whispers the way to go and the solution. I do not in most cases ask God in a prayer. I simply just am of that communication link in God knows I'm there open to His telling me what to do, and I accept it as only a dumb ass rejects God's solutions........and there are allot of dumb asses on this planet who think they know more than God and are always taking credit for God's Wisdom and Knowledge and Inspiration.
So I will be off getting spools and putting along getting it done as I have other projects but it is just the way it is.
I provide you some verses on the Holy Ghost and command you to take notice in the solomn and absolute responsibility this is. God gives the Holy Ghost, but if you do not receive the Gift, you are no different than a person receiving a check in the mail, and leaving it in the mailbox. You have to as a Christian open that box and receive Who has been sent. God does not in your free will He has betowed upon you, enter through closed doors.
