The world in which we all live has returned to the period of American Colonialism. I do not mean American colonizing the world, but America as a colony of the British, in being held hostage to the same debt, same lack of production for trade and a growing distance with the world as States by design are becoming City State fiefdoms.
President Vladimir Putin, while not explaining the world political collective, instead lurched to the emerging superpowers in what this blog has stated, in Germany is the rising planetary star. Mr. Putin's inclusion of China as a superpower is a pre plague status, as China is still being consumed by the same cancerous consuming of resources which was killing it before that plague.

Addressing a meeting of the Valdai Discussion Club, Putin suggested that the role of the United States had waned, along with that of Britain and France, while Beijing and Berlin - in terms of political and economic weight -- were heading for superpower status.
China has reached it's maximum limits. It is attempting to steal other nations resources in the near ocean states, and is being checked by India as the rising star of Asia. India and Indochina will surpass China in their ascent, while China will stagnate.
The real issue is Germany. NATO is a worthless waste of money, without American military ability. This is the European's economic strength in little is spent on defense budgets. What you are looking at in Europe is the English getting off the Continent, in preparation for a Russian invasion, which will pit the German central Europeans against Russia.
Germany proper has the same resource problems of Adolf Hitler. The solution is German's colonial period. Hitler attempted to solve the Fatherland's problems by Russian annexation. Sebastian Kurz of the Motherland of Austria has solved the resource problems of Europe by African treaty. As China requires that same resource, this is a conflict point, as China without African resources dies.
Resources require protection. That will mean that the Germans will have to create a superpower military. The reason for the creation is those resources, as Germany can not allow itself to be blackmailed and controlled by Russian raw materials and fuel. Without the United States protection, Europe would be finished off by an advancing Russia, as Russia dreamed not long ago of a Europe from Dublin to Moscow.
This then is the Russian dichotomy. Russia must sell to Europe, but Europe will gain energy and resources from Africa and the Mideast. This in turn degrades Russia, so Russia will move resources to China, which has cancer problems in, Chinese GDP is being replaced by Indochina and Indian production. China will have to pay Moscow, but as it's revenues deplete, Russia will have the advanced problem of the deadbeat Chinaman of over 1 billion, hungry and angry on Russia's border. Russia is the only place China may go to survive, unless Vladimir Putin presses China to invade Alaska and tap those resources for Peking.
What you are witnessing in the emergence of German superpower status is an imbalance of power which eliminates Russia as an exporter of materials to Europe while China is eliminated by African raw materials flowing into European global production.
What you have just had laid out for you are the seeds of World War IV. In this 21st century match, it is England and France which are replaced by Russia and China in contending with Germany. These are simple cause and effect projections.
As trends move forward, the catalyst point in all of this would project to be the creation of a digital currency, globally. The shockwave of this set to inflation to projecting this massive debt out, onto the world is a logical projection of cause and effect.
Russia under Vladimir Putin is making a grave calculation in replacing the United States power with two other powers which Russia believes it can control. Europe though will not permit itself to be vulnerable to Russia, so will arm, seek African and Mideast trade, displacing China, which will place China hungrily looking at Russian resources as Russia looks to feed the dragon to save itself.
China, Russia and Germany are all dying, literally in an aging problem. The clock is running out and without American stability, the gen will be out of the bottle and will not return until Pandora's Box is empty.
