It is assuring that the legal minds of Judicial Watch have supported the expose' here in stating that the media does not name the President Elect and that what Chief Justice John Roberts and liberal lesbians on the High Court engaged in was unConstitutional in this massive Biden election fraud.
These are the facts.
President Trump on Election Day was elected President of the United States, without any doubt.
The 2020 Presidential election was overthrown from thee American People in the next days when illegal ballots were counted. All ballots are illegal, when they do not arrive on election day.
Donald Trump had won Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Georgia outright. It was not until illegal ballot dumps, as took place in Nevada, Virginia, Arizona and Minnesota were engaged in by Joe Biden criminals, that the colluding media began calling Biden the president elect on fraud votes.
Federal law is clear that the presidential contest was supposed to be decided by Election Day. For example, 3 U.S. Code § 1 states:
The electors of President and Vice President shall be appointed, in each State, on the Tuesday next after the first Monday in November, in every fourth year succeeding every election of a President and Vice President
On Election Day, President Trump had the votes to win the presidency. These vote totals were changed because of unprecedented and extraordinary counting after Election Day.
The state legislatures of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Arizona have independent constitutional authority to resolve presidential election disputes. And Congress has the ultimate authority to accept or reject electors.
In the meantime, Judicial Watch today launched a comprehensive investigation into the election controversy under state and federal freedom of information laws.
There is absolutely no doubt on any of this. It is unConstitutional to engage in counting ballots days after the election polls have closed. Donald Trump won this 2020 election and this thug intimidation naming Joe Biden as the winner has zero merit, law or authority.
The fact is that Joe Biden received from his fraud metro city state counties 1.8 million more votes than people who could vote. Joe Biden must have removed those almost 2 million votes from his tallies and that begins with nullifying this fraud in Detriot, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Milwaukee and Los Vegas.
Our most recent research, in September, revealed that 353 U.S. counties had 1.8 million more registered voters than eligible voting-age citizens. In other words, the registration rates of those counties exceeded 100% of eligible voters.
