Perhaps Homeland Cyber is partly correct as just like the phones of Robert Mueller's team were accidentally wiped, the memory sticks have gone missing from the voting machines in blue states as if someone is destroying evidence, which of course they are, and if they reappear, they will manufacture the Homeland Cyber line.

So while Homeland Cyber can not find any evidence, because it is being destroyed now, I would suggest that Homeland employ Lisa Page and Peter Strzok as they were most adept at finding stories they planted and handing it out as evidence to frame Donald Trump.
Yes in 2016 AD in the year of our Lord, news stories were taken as evidence as crimes, but in 2020 with Biden stealing an election, the FBI and Homeland can not find one news story from known sources like Rudy Giuliani and Sydney Powell, both federal prosecutors who have provided to the courts the Biden vote fraud information they have.
