In reading the New York Times stats page there are 16 seats remaining to be settled, and democrats are only favored in 4 of those remaining races, meaning Republicans are going to be sitting at 213 seats in the House.

Cortez is young, gifted, popular, at odds with Pelosi, and she could count on filling leadership positions.......unless the GOP moves five more seats into the win column and then Kevin McCarthy would be Speaker.
Pelosi as Speaker will accomplish nothing under Donald Trump and under Biden she will ignite a civil war. In either scenario, Nancy Pelosi is no longer Speaker, she is the lamest of ducks and her political funeral is already underway.
