I walk a fine line here on this Lame Cherry in standing against Pedo Joe Biden's criminal election fraud and watching out for each of you to not get suckered into stepping out too far in the Trump legal meanderings.
This is distasteful for me as Donald Trump did not do jack or shit for anyone of us for the past 4 years, and his positions are a great deal like King David in Absalom's coup, in those who are left in this are the ones who are not the frauds, the ones in old west terms were called Hard Sells, in the Indians would not touch them, as they knew them to be men who would defend the ground they were standing and die there without question.
It has been an absolute reprehensible disservice in those two preppy flakes from FOX in Tucker Carlson and Laura Ingraham. Carlson tried to flush out the evidence from Sidney Powell for MI6 FOX and Biden, and Ingraham on Monday told her clap trap audience that it was over and Biden would be inaugurated.
For a reality check, Rudi Giuliani told Lou Dobbs the following which is the fact, that the Trump case has not been heard, literally in one court of law. The Pennsylvania judge shut down the case without even hearing any evidence. What Giuliani stated is the President needs one fair court, and this will turn around, and it will.
“Deadlines are urgent, no question about it. There isn’t a lot of time, but there’s time. And the fact is that the facts are there, we just need to get them before a trier of fact or before a court that’ll be fair and will listen… The court in Pennsylvania cut it off without listening to a single fact. And I don’t know how the judge could’ve concluded that the facts aren’t substantial when they haven’t even been presented yet… Unfortunately, we haven’t yet gotten a fair decision. We will. We’ve got to be a little patient. One fair decision, one good hearing, and this will turn all around.”
The turn around will come fast, when a Judge throws out the fraudulent paper ballots, which evidence of is filling the information scales. Votes have been counted which can not be counted. Illegals voted. There are votes which were not authenticated by legal rules. There were mass vote dumps out of insane asylums. There are hundreds of thousands of votes which are illegal in the stolen Biden states, which will be set aside and when that ruling is handed down from the bench, then Donald Trump has his states of Wisconsin, Georgia, Arizona, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Michigan immediately returned to him.
Nevada's final vote was over 100,000 votes more than the votes cast.

The reality is, the states are crooked. The election boards are crooked. The governors and secretaries of state are crooked. The judges are crooked. All the crooks have pushed this with the media to this point and you are finding out who the whores are in your media who are sticking the knife in, in this critical hour.
This is just reaching in some points, federal appeals courts. Most cases are still in the filing stage. I am not telling you to be Little Miss Sunshine in being a dupe, but those are the facts.
Giuliani, if you are not Laura Ingraham and cunt deaf, explained what the legal team is up to, to get this into the Supreme Court. That is where the President stated this was the direction this had to be headed in the final decision.
“I think it’s because we’re pursuing two different theories,” Giuliani answered. “Our theory of the case to get to the Supreme Court … is, basically, misconduct of the election by state officials in at least five or six different states, in which the misconduct of the election involved deprivation of Constitutional rights for the president.”
Giuliani argued that in Democratic parts of states, there was so-called “curing” of ballots allowed, but not in other parts of the same state. He also said that there were 680,000 “unexamined” ballots in Pennsylvania and noted that only in Michigan was there worse alleged misconduct.
You will remember that several Republican states sued over being disenfranchised by the swing states, who changed the rules in voting which is illegal during an election and some did it without their legislatures consent. That is misconduct, and it means if your state voted without fraud, that states that had fraud nullified your fair vote with an illegal vote. That is a protection clause issue, in one state can not cheat to win an election for someone, while other states following the law are cheated out of their votes by that fraud.
Do I expect by Giulani's remarks that a state or federal judge will find for the President? It does not seem likely. Do I expect an Appeals Court to find for the President? The chances are about the same as we are witnessing the deep corruption of the United States in the system being used against the Citizen.
This then falls to the Supreme Court, where we have had 3 treacherous liberals in Roberts, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh voting for sodomy, abortion, Obamcare and not hearing gun right's cases in a revolving door with the four liberals.
That is supposed to have changed with Amy Barrett, the Catholic Charismatic.
I mentioned in this blog that the liberals had limits on the "vote count" in swing states in those ballots had to be shown marked by election day and delivered in a few days. There are myriads of questionable votes in this, and I could see Kagan voting to throw those ballots out, as this is going to be a Sam Alito led court in the Supreme Court as he let this be known at the Federalist Society in a speech.
All of us have been disappointed for years in being lied to and manipulated. All was an excuse to keep the agenda of the elite's progressing from "We need Congress....they got it. We need the White House....they got it. We need the Courts......they got it, and we are still at the point that crooks are running America and in process of stealing this election for pedophile Joe Biden.
You now know where this stands in my being honest with you. It is ridiculous for Donald Trump to not fulfill his oath in protecting America, as there is not going to be any election in 4 years, as invaders are poring into America again and Joe Biden is going to legalize them all for voting, 150 million of them. That ends any American ever being elected again.
This is the President's responsibility in the Supreme Court is where this is going, but if the Justices are corrupt, then it is up to the President to secure this nation by Special Forces, backed by the Second Amendment in calling out his armed supporters. That is the last check and balance the Founders left this nation, to return rule of law by the People.
The President should quit now if he is not going to fulfill his oath as I have stated, and if he is willing to fulfill his oath, then it is time that he starts preparing the American Citizen to be ready to join in this securing of America, as a necessary check in this unbalanced field of corruption.
Because if this President allows America to fall into the hands of these organized criminals, I am not going to be following him ever again, as America needs a Washington to fill the breach, not a person who abandons the field.
