The Justice Department has charged a Texas man who allegedly participated in the 6 January mob at the US Capitol with threatening to assassinate congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
Garret Miller of Texas is charged with five offenses including trespassing and making death threats towards the New York representative and a US Capitol Police officer.
According to court documents, Mr Miller tweeted “assassinate AOC,” and that a Capitol officer who fatally shot a Trump supporter during the attack "deserves to die" and won't "survive long" because it's “huntin[g] season.”
The man posted extensively before and during the Capitol attack, according to prosecutors, writing on his now-banned social media accounts that a “civil war could start” and “next time we bring the guns.”
Mr Miller, from Dallas, was arrested on 20 January, after the FBI got a tip that the @garretamiller Twitter posted a video from inside the Capitol

The thing is, and I will have more on this, this week in supporting the Biden 1400 dollars +, it is that 2000 dollars a month is .........well 24,000 dollars a year, tax free mind you, but it is .........like poverty slave wages. I'm certain the Squad did not take this into account, so the Lame Cherry advocates that if 2000 dollars is good, then 5000 dollars is better. That is 60,000 dollars for each of you a year, and at 60,000 dollars that is ten thousand above the Trump poverty level of 50,000 dollars, who are not supposed to be paying taxes anyway.
Mr. Trump via Gary Cohen said you could fill out your taxes on a postcard.....yeah mine was about as thick as Playboy was when it had interesting articles. So it honestly is time to heal the wounds in America, and the Squad is starting, but thankfully there is Mitt Romney, those skirts in Alaska and Maine, that Toomey who will join democrats led by Chuck Schumer who will be allocating 5000 dollar checks per month to stimulate the Biden economy.
Let's face facts. Joe Biden has killed the energy sector and energy prices are going to soar. Food is going up, we need rent, and we need to make donations to AOC or maybe with 60,000 dollars some of you who are in hiding will now have the money to help this poor orphan girl out.
Granted this money is intended for the Conglomerates to glean the money off of you, but I'm still all for it, as the Lame Cherry knows all, and as you probably forgot what this blog told you under Birther Hussein, that the way to break this system in it's control is to bankrupt it. If democrats think they are being generous in slave crumb wages, even at 15 bucks an hour, then let us support them, and make it 30 dollars an hour for a real wage, and better yet, just write checks out to us monthly for 5000 dollars.
As 30 trillion in debt does not matter, then 100 trillion in debt will not matter. Let us advocate that the democrats show us how much they love us, by supporting and loving them. My love is 5000 dollars a month, because 2000 dollars is not generous in these high prices, so if you will stop fighting all of this, and start pushing for more of it, it will all break apart faster, and accomplish a great deal more than some emotional man, who like Don jr. probably has the hots for AOC, in Congress with, as she is a most powerful and beautiful woman, and thinks that threatening her will be the way to her heart.
As a poor orphan girl I get hit on lesbians all the time, and I have no love interest with the wonderful AOC, just political and helping her become all she can be. As let us face it, Biden is about 1/10th of what AOC has going on upstairs now as he is old. Let us all support AOC, get them writing checks, and help them to be even more generous.
