As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.
So like Thor of the fast food franchise, and no Thor is not his name, but he looks like Thor would look like in being gnarly dude who would test skulls in Norway with a mace or something.
Anyway like Thor is outside, pushing the trash cart out to the dumpster and I drive by and see GREEN and say to TL, "That looks like lettuce!"
Now for background on this as God really takes good care of me in paying attention. We have these chickens he hatched out, like a 100 of them, and chickens do not have petite appetites even if they are little chickens and not them big honkin' bruisers you people eat.
So I was thinking, "It is winter and to keep the chickens healthy that some greens would be nice from the dumpster", and just like that I drive by and there is Thor timed just right and I run over and Thor wonders what the hell I want, and I ask if that is lettuce, and Thor is not understanding as he wants to know what the hell I want, so I say I want to feed my chickens.
That snaps the Thor out of it and says, "Sure feed your chickens".
Then adds a typical American thing of, "But don't tell anyone."
So I grab the big bag, like 50 pounds of lettuce throw away, and I later find stinky red onions that would curl your lip, and tomatoe slices.
So TL thinks I'm feeding this to Daisy and Belle, so I offer some and they won't touch. That ends that treat.
So I haul it to the chickens in our two coups, and they like it, really like it as there is not a leaf left in the morning. I mean 50 pounds of lettuce and they ate it all in one night.
I hope to add to this if I remember to ask at the grocery, but it may ......who knows what happens in businesses do not want people digging through their trash, but I was pleased as the chickens like their greens and this will help out. I used to feed dry hay but am too short on that, so it is the greens which are being thrown out anyway.
That is my Lame Cherry adventure with TL and Thor, although Thor did not have much to do but look at me like I was nuts.
TL just laughs as I am the only person who pulls this kind of stuff that TL knows. Do it all the time and people are stunned by the surprises I have in store.
